We've all seen tickling pornos with this theme but could tickling be used in place of water boarding to get criminals and terrorizes to confess?
Obviously it could only be used on ticklish people who are not ticklephiles but do you thing it would work as well as water boarding for "enhanced interrogation"?

No, the threat of death is far more intimidating then the feather, between friends is fun, safe way to get info, but in a legit interrogation actual techniques must be used
