It's occurred to me that we don't really see a lot of Disney outfits in tickle producers videos. Aside from Frozen, we seem to be missing out. Who wouldn't kill for a barefoot Belle in her blue peasant dress.

Anyone have any ideas why this hasn't happened? I imagine it would be quite popular.
Or am I just missing them somewhere?

Thanks!

Alot of Disney princesses are under aged
Snow white- 14

Jasmine- 16

Ariel- 15

And the rest around ether 17 or 16

Exactly, schoolgirl outfits haven't been a problem. Why would Disney costumes? I'm not asking for the characters. Just people in the costumes.

The only reasoning I can think of is they are under copyright and producers are worried Disney might sue. They usually get around by giving them other names. It also might be better if they use knockoff costumes vs official Disney ones. Then again you see a ton of superheros.

Yeah, I mean we're a smart bunch. I'm sure someone could get an unofficial costume and say "Librarian" tickled, or "Jungle Explorer".

I hope some of the producers who do costumed vids consdier it!

I'm kind of thinking that maybe the folks making videos don't necessarily realize there's a demand for it. Like, now that you bring it up, definitely an interesting idea, but I can't say it had really crossed my mind before. Not that I'm representative of the entire community or anything, but I'm sure there are other people in the same boat.

EDIT: Also sort of besides the point but I demand Mr. Cool cite credible sources for his claims regarding how old Disney princesses are.

Bro, look it up there are hundreds of articles about it

Basically if you like watching underaged women get tickled, please don't make eye contact with me

CREDIBLE sources Mssr. Cool. I did indeed look up some of those articles before posting - including the one ISUmark helpfully linked to - but none of them cite to the movie or anything like that and I feel like they're just making it up.

Nobody is asking to see underage tickling. In the same way a 20 something girl dressed as a schoolgirl isn't underage; neither is one dressed as a Disney princess.

Dude, you need to be rational, why would multiple articles INCLUDING well known credible websites lie about such a topic,

But they are portaying an underaged character,

But they are portaying an underaged character,

They don't have to at all. A tickling video is hardly a portrayal in film. Sasha Foxxx dressed as Belle and being tickled doesn't need to refer to the character at all. Simply asking for costumes!

Why put them in costumes in the first place then

But why the underaged Disney princesses of all characters

You know the point of this thread was to ask if anyone had ideas as to why the vids hadn't happened, if they had elsewhere - that kinda thing. Not to start an argument based on you feeling it's wrong or whatever.

Why don't we do it? Disney has lawyers, and they are scary.

Cosplayers often operate either non-profitly (hobbyists) or with the blessing of the company whose IP they're dressing as, and if so they're usually being monitored to make sure they don't tarnish the brand. The 501st, for example (Star Wars cosplayers) have a bunch of regulations they need to operate under to be allowed to keep doing it.

Porn? Being sold? That's a hell to the no. Thanks for assuming we don't do it just because we're too dumb to know people want to see it, though. I love it when people jump right to the "incompetence" speculation for everything.

There is a loophole, though; for public domain characters (e.g. Cinderella) you can call yourself Cinderella, but you can't look like the Disney version or say you're "Disney's Cinderella". Of course, that runs the risk of nobody caring because you're a "cheap knock-off", but hey.

Never even slightly suggested you're "dumb" or "incompetent". I purely asked why. Seeing as it's seemingly totally ok to do a Black Widow and call it "spy", I was asking why nobody had done a "librarian" or "warrior" or whatever. Thanks for taking the time to reply.

When I hear "maybe they just don't know", I think about it from the point of view of there being thousands of producers and fictional characters being one of the most popular things in this community, so... not a single one of us has possibly had the idea to combine the two? Really?

Maybe saying "dumb" is stronger language than you intended, but that's usually what people are implying when they go down this road. After all, this is the community that thinks the bulk of us are too stupid to actually hire ticklish models. Anyway, sorry for the snark.

Key word: "seemingly". For one thing, "he did it and got away with it, therefore it's okay" is not a smart philosophy to have, when it comes to sue-happy companies like Disney and Marvel. Marvel sued NCSoft for the possibility that people could dupe their costume designs in City of Heroes back in the day... and now Marvel belongs to Disney. You'd have to be an idiot to think dancing on that line would be a good idea.

There's also the idea that Black Widow's costume isn't particularly unique. It's a catsuit. Unless your model had red hair and was being tickled by the Red Sk... uh, the Crimson Cranium (OC DO NOT STEAL), you could probably make a good case that you weren't infringing.

The thing about Belle or another more unique look is that you kinda have to have the whole look. You can't have a blonde Belle with long hair, or a green costume, or whatever; most of Disney's princesses are unique-looking enough that if you came anywhere near them and had any kind of verbiage in your video/title/description to allude to the fact that it might be Belle, Disney would have a case. And even if they didn't, none of us have the money to fight it in court. And even if we did, it wouldn't be worth it simply to be allowed to keep selling our $5 video.

So... a librarian? Sure. A brown-haired librarian in a blue dress with a white apron being tickled by a dude in a fursuit? Oh, hello Mr. C&D. Please don't hurt me. Otherwise, you'd just be lost in the sea of other clips because no one who would want to see Disney princesses in a tickling video are searching for "librarian".

Costumes in general just suck, anyway. The off-the-rack stuff looks like shit and costs too much for what it is, and you'd risk damaging the good stuff too much to want to use it.
