You know, I am a foot tickler and I like feet. But guys like that one are the reason people that like feet and people that like tickling get a bad rap
I wager it's because there's a lot of foot fetishest out there who happen to be social outcasts who don't have any proper way or any access to places to get their kicks off. Also, foot fetishism is still pretty taboo and not wholly accepted. I'm sure that plays a role as well.
