Something about Faye Dunaway made me think I'd never see her in a tickle scene. Here is as close as we're probably going to get unless someone else has some information!
As an older woman, she says the word in a very sexy way. I won't give it away, but it actually shows what a great actor can do with a line!
But ok, that's just a sentence. And let's face it: what I really want is a "Bonnie And Clyde" era clip!
This is as close as I've found. In the (absolutely fantastic) movie "Little Big Man" (1970), Dustin Hoffman hears that ole offscreen movie laughter. He sneaks into the other room to see her legs entangled with a man. Obviously they're having sex, with her giggling throughout, telling him to stop, and asking for help. Maybe, maybe not. But I thought it worth posting.

There's two other scenes in "Little Big Man". One has him outright tickling a girl silly on a haystack, the other seeming to get a ticklish reaction from his wife as he tries to undress her.
(Hoffman also tickles gorgeous Susan George in the original "Straw Dogs", as well as a really cute girl in "Who Is Harry Kellerman And Why Is He Saying All These Terrible Things About Me". Interestingly, all three of these movies date from 1970-1971).
