Hello, as it seens how do you persuade your partner?

Umm, are you asking how to persuade your partner to be tied up to be tickled?

Okay, well it's deplorable to attempt to persuade anyone to do that. If bondage and tickling is something you're interested in, that is an idea that you could introduce and discuss with your partner.
 
Depends whether you think "persuade" has to mean "coerce". Maybe it just means trying to open someone's mind to something that they hadn't considered. But these things can certainly be a fine line.

That's a different question than the first one.
Are you know asking how different people play, as in with or without sexual contact?
 
I think the OP is operating through a language barrier. And his question is: "How do I introduce the idea of tickling into active sexual interactions with my partner as something they would be open to trying?"

My answer talk to them before you ever get tot he bedroom, and discuss what you like and why you's like to do it with them, and ask how if they would be open to trying, AND how they would want that try to go.

And be ready to accept "No. I don't want to." as an answer.

In my case, my partner and I met online so he already knew about my love of tickling and my lack of interest in sex before we got together, and he told me he loved the idea of it.

Communication is important. Discuss things you'd both like to try and maybe compromise.
 
It can be summed up in one word. Trust.
