The trouble with this bet is the same with any other... Bet big win big can also become bet big lose big. If you are going high end there is a significantly larger investment involved. This is where I recommended just doing customs as the only investment is with money you already know is guaranteed. They also pay considerably more than even most high end clips. Not sure what other producers are charging but after negotiations with my customers I get on average around 80-250 a piece for a custom depending on scene intensity and what is asked for. I had one go for a whopping 500 dollars (offered by customer not dictated by me). The difference with me is in my studio custom money goes primarily to the model with myself only getting cost of production fee and a 10% profit. So for the 500 dollar one I made 50 bucks, the models split 200 a piece and the other 50 went to props needed for the scene. There is no rule to say however; that a different producer couldn't keep all of the profit. This is just how I run my store since I believe in taking care of the models who allow me to do what I love in life :)

You're just making an argument for the sake of deflecting the conversation back to your situation. You're out here talking about paying 500$ for a custom clip , but by looking at your clips I wouldn't pay a buck for that type of filming and lighting and overall tickling content, much less 500.

Deflection is not my intent. My intent is to explain that she could consider doing custom only and get rid of the clips which would stop the piracy. As to the rest of your comments I am not interested in getting into a squabble over whether or not my clips are up to your standards. I have a customer base that likes the girl next door type without the "professional" look and they are happy to pay for the clips. I aim to please those I can and the rest are just honestly not worth my time.

Yeah. While I find myself agreeing with the morality of the argument, I'm not sure how much my sympathy has increased. Again, nothing undercuts one's argument quite so much as talking down to and insulting people.

I guess it's just the nature of the business? You'd think somebody concerned with selling would care about perspective. People keep connecting porn with music so I'll add another comparison. Porn seems to be selling as well as vinyl, which right now isn't selling great since iTunes shut almost everybody out and comic book stores are selling records with their shit.

Too all you tickle fetish producers,

Get a real job. Save your money and invest it in the stock market.

I can't believe anybody would actually get into this business and think they were going to make money. It seems like making videos like this would merely be a hobby.

I don't have much sympathy for you.

I always worked shitty low paying jobs all my life...never anything as fun as making a tickle video.

I don't steal your stuff, but I do watch if for free on pornhub.

So, if producers stop making content that people steal and share on pornhub, because they can't afford to keep losing money...
would you care about it then?

Don't give him credit for thinking that far ahead. ;)

I understand your emotions on this, I present another side to get you to think about how to handle things, start with that.

Dude, you're not helping anyone. I've dealt with guys like you for many years. It's a crime. You're not supposed to do it. So don't. You're not Batman. You're not Robin Hood. You're not sticking it to the man or thumbing your nose at oppressive authority. You just want what you want and you want it for free. In this case, it phap material. We, as producers, don't have to come up with anything to appease you. You can just do without. Contrary to what almost every pro-pirate thinks, porn does not have to be as free as the air you breath. One is necessary for life and the other just makes it a little more fun. Fun is not a guarantee in life and we are not obligated to supply it to you on our dime.

Yikes everyone is so mean to each other! It's simple folks! Pay for something you want, enjoy it for yourself, don't be a dick! Problem solved! :) :) :)

Probably Not. See, space and time are factors for when things happen. It's no longer the early 2000s when the big boom of production occurred.

Absolutely agree. The theft of intellectual property just discourages innovation. If capitalism got at least one thing right it was to incentivize technological, scientific and cultural advances. Besides, each time we would say "well I suppose in this case it doesn't really hurt" just weakens the entire system and sets us on a slippery slope.
Why do you think science punishes the theft of IP so harshly?
Just take a look around the web to find how serious the punishments are.

Much love to all of you. Even those that disagree. I have reached a breaking point with the community due to piracy and I am happy to say that his post has given me an extra boost of energy to keep trying. And yes, I treat people who say stupid shit with the same respect or lack there of. I don't have to be nice to people just because. No one else on here is. I appreciate people who appreciate hard work. If my blatant honesty bothers you, continue to stay behind your computer screen in your safe place, or call me and when I am on your area we can discuss in person. Much love to you all.

Well, "consumers" like the one I was responding to are notorious for demanding new material, so we'll see how long they can survive crankin' it to the same old pirated stuff.

Movies, music, video games... all of 'em have been fighting piracy since the day the floppy disk was invented. Some companies do a better job than others, but you'll notice that the only ones doing particularly well are the megacorporations like Microsoft, Valve, and Apple - the ones with super-deep pockets and access to the best talent in the industry. And even then, you can still walk into any corner shop in China and buy a copy of Windows 10 for pocket change or get the latest Nickelback CD off some torrent site. Dongles, copy protection, CD Keys, you name it - they've all been cracked within days of their invention.

And yet, somehow, people think - expect, even - that production studios that are often literally just one guy who knows a bit about cameras and computers be able to solve the problem that has plagued digital media for decades.

Sure, no problem. We'll get right on that.

I think there's a fair amount of envy/jealousy involved.

I really like this girl. I should be nicer, but honestly, I am over being treated like a slave who should "get a real job" when I have BEEN PRODUCING FOR YOU GUYS SINCE 2010. I am nice to those who show respect, not those who make back handed comments. So I have to be sweet as fucking pie when my hard work is being stolen. Yeah. That makes sense. I am so sorry you are so sensitive about the words I am typing. IF you have the balls to show your face. Call me on FaceTime 646-220-1308. Skype me @KelliLynSage ... Do it. Talk to me in person. At least face to face. Tell me your underdog opinion about how much of a bitch I am because I have been putting my light towards this fetish on screen for over 7 years now. Go ahead. Do you have ANY idea how hard this is to keep up with everyone that messages me on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Email, Phone, Skype? Do you have any idea how frustrating it is when someone tells you that YOU a FEMALE putting her FACE ON THE INTERNET FOR THE WHOLE WORLD, HER FAMILY, EVERYONE TO SEE should be accepting of people stealing their material? Making comments and judgements when they are the ones just watching material for free jacking off with their dick in their hands... then they choose to use their gummy fingers to type a hate message to you for expecting them to pay for it? Yeah..... being an ADVOCATE for those of you who have this fetish but don't have the balls to tell anyone your needs? Seriously, if you don't like me, go fuck yourself. I don't care about your feelings. Those who know me, know who I am and what I stand for. Besides Catherine Foxx, no other girl that is doing video actually HAS the fetish. You do you. Ill do me. I said my piece and I got more of a constructive reaction than any of these other threads. Kelli Lynn Sage... that girl... she's a bitch. I know. I am also one of the best and most passionate ticklers you will ever meet, again... besides Catherine Foxx... she is the best. Hands down. Ever. You would be acting the same way. I wish you could live just ONE day in my shoes being disrespected and people EXPECTED shit from you just because you had the balls to put your face on the internet.

Nah, you really shouldn't. This community is full of bullies that poke you until you lose your cool and then cry that you're being mean to them. Half of them don't even mean the shit they say, it's just a way to keep the argument going.

Honestly? I've been giving this a lot of thought over the last few days, and I think that the tickling "community" as we know it, at least as far as the TMF is concerned, is pretty much dead. I basically had to force myself to post my latest preview here, and I think it's going to be the last one. I get absolutely zero feedback, encouragement, or reward (financial or otherwise) from catering to this place. I'm done.

How do you know that you're not getting any financial reward from posting here? There are a lot of members who are registered here but who don't post. There are also a lot of guests roaming the forum and they are mostly in the video/audio clips section. If someone buys your clip, there is a good chance he saw something he liked here first. I wouldn't be discouraged from posting here because of a few trolls.

You use clips4sale. Go into your admin stats and see how many unique visits you get directly from TMF. I know that about 25% of our visits come directly from here via posts and the clips4sale advertising at the top of the TMF video section. Nothing to sneeze at.

^People already think I am a bitch. That would make me a **** if I would charge 100 bucks for a clip. That would almost GUARANTEE it gets pirated. I would NEVER do that to my community. But it is an idea. So thanks for your input! <3
Props to you for sticking with it, the community is better off for your input. I must confess I watched some of your vids on free sites in the past, being a naive lil teen I never truly understood the scale of the problem until recently. I now pay for my fix/obtain it through rl meetups. I wish you the best, it really does seem like a problem endemic to this community tho :/

Listen, I have to say, I understand not everyone has the budget for their therapy, but this piracy thing is killing producers. You want to know why I haven't produced? Because every time I do, within minutes its stolen. I don't know what your perception is of us as producers, but besides maybe 1 producer that has been around for years and years and years, none of us make real money anymore. I literally make $60 to $100 bucks on my store every month. I am done dealing with it. You wonder why people like myself and others are stopping their producing? Because EVERYTHING WE MAKE GETS STOLEN. How would you feel if you spent hours and hours at work and then you came home, put your money down on the table, and it just disappeared. Disappeared. Not only did it disappear, but your shitty roommate that just stole your money comes back with MORE money that he made off of YOUR MONEY and he doesn't share. That is what is happening right now. DO NOT BUY MEMBERSHIPS TO PIRATED MATERIAL! It is KILLING us. You want people who LOVE tickling to produce? Stop viewing their material on pirated websites. If you are in tune enough to be on this website, then you are in tune enough to help the people that give you your release. I don't care if you already watched it a million times, please donate to our stores by purchasing the clip you just watched for free if you can. Its killing us. And because these sites are based in foreign countries, we cannot DMCA all of them. It costs 250-500 dollars PER MODEL. This is killing our community and video progress as a fetish. Please. Help us help you.

Sincerely,

Kelli Lynn Sage

This thread has convinced me. I will never use a pirated website or buy memberships to pirated material.
I always saw myself as being an anti-corporate vigiliante (a modern-day follower of Robin Hood is probably the quickest way to explain it) as my family has very strong views about old rich white guy corporation owners always just getting richer, but now I see that I need to be more situational in my thinking and not paint everyone with the same horse-brush.

Even the biggest tickle fetish producer is not Microsoft. ;)

Sorry to hear it's getting you down. You're excellent as a ler and a lee. FWIW, I enjoy the clips you posted. You know, the 8+ minute long clips you generously post for free on youtube because...
...
...
Shit.

Joking aside, I do hope piracy gets better. I think I need to purchase a couple clips to reduce a bit of the (deserved) guilt from watching them on youtube.

My actual two cents, I'd vote against a streaming model. I'd rather buy something than rent it, even if it's a bit more expensive. I do like re-watching particularly good clips. I've only bought a few clips over the years, two from silvercherry and two from Boston, and I re-watch them a good deal. Also, streaming content is just as easy to pirate--point a camera at your monitor and voila, a clip.

We're almost at the point where to resolve piracy, we need VHS back.

My sympathies do lie with the producers at this point. I'll take the pledge to stop watching 8+ minute long clips that just so 'happen' to land on youtube.

Wait, so a thread like this is stopping people from watching pirated content? I'm impressed. Really need a sarcasm font on this website
