I'm not sure the people she's cursing out could be called her fans.

I think he and others are talking about the odd back and forth between her and Sole Mates.

That they immediately realized there was a miscommunication and patched up seems to not be registering.

Interesting thread.

Ironic though that one of the producers in this exact thread, was also in another thread with me a few weeks ago arguing with me that file sharing and pornhub aren't problems. He even called this problem "bullshit". I guess it took one of the most famous producers to address the issue publicly, to get him to change his mind. And that's fine; I've changed my mind on a few matters when I was proven wrong, but I didn't act like a douche about it and I even apologized for it.

Seriously, sometimes some of you producers can act like real egotistical assholes from time to time. But it's okay, nobody is perfect.

I've literally spent at least 2 thousand dollars building my digital library. I've even ordered DVD's and commissioned custom videos.

Once I can afford it; I'm gonna email another producer about a custom video.

And no more of this "jewel case is more expensive than the actual content, mark it up!" tripe.

The thing about music and fans and sales and really all media is you're trying to sell a dreamlike experience that someone's already had. Look at Black Sabbath and compare with Cannibal Corpse/Lamb of God/Messhuggah. It's all about a progressively more intense iteration of facets that people latch onto.

What??? Nothing real? Kelli Lynn sage?

...the fuck? Seriously? THAT'S what you got out of all of my arguing with you? Are... are you retarded? I mean, like seriously?

I have NEVER said filesharing wasn't a problem, or that I was "changing my mind" on it. EVER. It may even be happening to me, but I lack the resources or drive to go find out. What I said was, and for some odd reason you keep fucking ignoring it, is that it is not scaring models away from the industry on a mass scale - and that is NOT the same thing as saying it never happens - I even admitted that it's happened to me once or twice in the past. You seem to have made some kind of bizarre connection that the only reason studios hire "the same twelve porn stars" and don't work with "real girls" is because we can't get them. And that is not fucking true. As I said last time, I have no problem getting those "real girls" you keep crying about - and there are hundreds of studios out there that aren't using porn stars, and I have asked you at least half a dozen times why you aren't simply buying from the stores that ARE offering what you say you want. And you never fucking answer, because as I've also said, it's because you don't care about these so-called "real girls" unless they're coming from one of the top studios, which means that "not being able to find real girls" is not what you're bitching about - and you're contributing to the problem by not supporting those studios.

I asked you months ago why you weren't buying from me if you liked my material and you dodged the question. You wouldn't even tell me what clips of mine you'd bought even when I offered you free content for your feedback.

So just fucking admit that you only care about certain studios and I'll leave you the fuck alone.

I'm not going to apologize because I'm not wrong, and I'm swearing because your denseness is fucking infuriating. Just put me on ignore like you said you were going to already, or at least address me by name and stop being passive-aggressive about it.

Do some girls not want to work in this industry because their faces will be plastered all over the Internet? Yes. That is literally the nature of the business regardless of piracy. Does it mean some producers, who are pirated more than others, may not be able to hire talent that they would otherwise? Yes. Does it mean that every producer out there is being forced to pick from a small subset of girls because they literally can't get anyone else, and preventing you from getting any variety, real reactions, or whatever else you claim their videos are lacking? NO. I am proof of that. Is it therefore a non-problem with an extremely easy solution for you, the consumer? FUCK YES, but you aren't doing it.

And yes, my experience is anecdotal you jackass, that's the whole fucking point.

Normies, help me out here. Am I shrooming? Am I speaking English? Sanity check pls

What about the Kink.com model. Kink.com produces hour long content. When you purchase a Clip from them, you aren't purchasing the actual digital file, you are purchasing access to stream the content that they retain. Now I'm not a genius when it comes to server space and the like, but I have to imagine that there is a way to better protect content. I am sorry for your troubles Miss Sage. You are a true gem of our community.

This seems like a solid idea.

Who pays for the car you and your friends were in? The gas that goes in your car? The food you guys ate? Those things are not free. You say "who pays" and "it's 2017". These are words used by a generation who grew up with digital content at their finger tips...24/7...for free. Of course, they never asked why it was free. It just was. And now, the idea of actually paying for something that most of them have had for their entire life, for free, is completely alien to them. The fact that they had it for free because it was stolen apparently doesn't matter. It is you and they who has an unrealistic expectation. That the hard work of people should simply be given to them because they've always gotten it for free, regardless of how they got it. It's people like you who are the first to cry foul when it happens to you. And it will. I've met people who grew up in the digital age...that pirated content with the same attitude you have. Then they went out in the world and found out what it was like when their hard work was pirated. When they were let go from a job they spent years going to school to get only to be told that the company was downsizing or folding because piracy was making it impossible to pay the overhead of running the company. And if it doesn't happen to you, it's going to happen to your wife or your kids, because you perpetuate this unrealistic expectation of not paying for things in the digital age. Your attitude will eventually come back to bite you and yours in the ass.

Your angry so im not going to take anything you said personally. Aside from the venom I do think this is important conversation to have. Now firstly im 30 so I do remember a time when content wasnt at my finger tips. Even back then there was piracy. Remember those bootleg movies. With music too. I used to have a cassette player with two slots so we could copy albums. Im bringing this up to show piracy always existed. Who paid for my food and gas isn't relevent to this conversation. Theres no pirating food. If there was people would do that too. Times are tough, when theres a chance to save a buck people do it. Look at extreme couponing. People are completely abusing the coupon system. Why? To save. Now back to the topic, I stand by my statment of unrealistic expectation. Not cause im saying its ok for people to steal but because its the age we live in. At some point you gotta take the world for what it is. If your not making clips purely out of the love to do it you may as well stop. Ill give you an example, I like making music. Its a hobby. In order to do it I had to spend money. Buying home studio equipment is pricey. I dont expect to make money off my music. I do it cause I generally love it. I understand your frustration. Im just saying do it for the love of it. If you make a good profit even better. I feel terrible that anyone has lost their job over piracy. Im sure you dont really wish bad on me or my family so ill let that go. I didnt mean to offend. Just to give another perspective.

You really need to stop reading between the lines. I'm not angry at you. I'm puzzled how you can be so incredibly naive. Also, I didn't wish you or yours to experience hardship. I'm just saying, you probably will experience it because people like you promote the very thing that will come back on you. More and more companies are affected by piracy as more products go digital. It starts to affect sectors of employment that at one time had nothing to do with digital content. Once you feel the sting, you may change your "perspective".

Why a person goes into business has nothing to do with another person stealing their content. They could love the job or just want to make a living. Either are fine. Both are best. Simply saying "it's the age we live in" is a cop out. You're saying, this is how things are and I don't feel I can do anything to change them so I might as well get mine because everyone else is getting theirs, even if it it's wrong and I wouldn't want it it to happen to me. The hypocrisy is astounding. You would do things to others that you hope others won't do to you.

You really need to get your head in order. Your perspective is so wonky and hypocritical I'm inclined to suspect you're simply trolling and not incredibly misguided. I suggest you give long consideration to what I have said. If people like you keep promoting your "perspective", you're going to undermine your own foundation until the floor drops out and you fall hard.

Have you not noticed her continuous outbursts? Or am I experiencing the Mandela Effect?

That's the thing; if she actually wanted fans she'd treat everyone like one. You know, customer service. Instead of ranting.

Doesn't sound real to me. ...you think any of this dialogue sounds real or sincere? I'll be perfectly real right here: being an artist in any form involves taking a loss.

Maybe she doesn't want or need some people to be fans.

Reading through a lot of this thread (not all of it, sorry! >_<) it really made me take a hard look at my earlier behaviour. (And now I'm reminded of my "behavior modification" psych. course. :p) It needs to change.
As an artist, "I" see it (this is MY opinion so be QUIET if you disagree!) that, once you've paid for an item, it's yours to do with how you please, BY YOURSELF!!!!
Relating to this topic, heck, if you like that video you bought and care to share it with others, not only do I applaud you for your overflowing confidence, but I see it as still being in your possession so that's o-kay! ;) Again, all in my opinion, so if you think differently, great for you!
Same as a "pirated" movie IS STEALING, sharing these films WITHOUT EXPLICIT PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT is WRONG!!
Though you can buy a copy of the Mona Lisa for pennies from China (or other "distant" country), it's still not right! :Grrr:

If you didn't make the original in its entirety, it's not to be shared. And it's DEFINITELY not to be shared for free! *tear tear*
Oh, now I have to find where to get some prepaid Visa cards! And find a place my paranoid mind will think is safe. But I won't forget! :bwahaha:
Thank you SO MUCH for creating videos, everyone! Please, please, do NOT stop making videos for us tickle freaks to enjoy!

So why start this thread? A lot of the OP is unrelated to piracy itself and primarily on her feelings and how the world has treated her unfairly.

I think you're taking this too far in a sense. This generation likes things at their fingertips. If a movie isn't on Netflix, they simply don't watch it. Some won't ever see a movie like Saving Private Ryan simply because it's never been made available to them. So they take what they can get. If there's some tickle porn available on PornHub, they'll watch it. If the majority of it got removed, they're not going to go out and FIND the tickle porn they want, they'll just take what they can get; the same way they won't search out Saving Private Ryan and pay $4 to rent it on Amazon Prime or whatever service may have it. Instead, they'll settle for some B rate movie on Netflix because it's free and convenient. It's not really fair to the producers because they work hard to produce good content, but are upset when people don't want to pay for their product. It's just never going to happen. I don't personally have enough money to shell out $15 for every tickle clip I want to watch. Instead, I just go to pornhub and watch whatever's available, get my fix, and move on. Do I feel bad? Yeah. Do I lose sleep over it? Fuck no. The world keeps spinning regardless of what I do. My point is, if all the tickle clips got taken down via DMCA or whatever, someone would come up with a site that has free clips that just has ads on the site and makes money that way. Being the only tickle clips available, people would flock there. This fetish is just way too niche to really have some sort of profit by producing clips. Will the quality of clips eventually start going down because they aren't able to pay models enough to get tickled? Maybe. But fighting the piracy of it is a battle that can't be won simply because there's no loss for the pirates if it goes away. Something else will pop up that meets their needs. I commend Kelli for trying to take a stand against piracy, but she and the other producers have to understand this just isn't a battle that can be won.

And for whoever suggested going after the people who download the clips rather than the ones who share it... good luck with that. You'll ruin your reputation and be deemed a copyright troll.

Yeah...no. You feel guilty...just not guilty enough to stop. You say the world keeps spinning regardless of what you do, but what you do is contribute to a larger problem. Alone, you won't impact producers, but as a collective group with this entitlement mindset, you can do great harm to entire industries. Larger companies can weather this, but smaller ones where every sale counts can't and they won't last the constant reduction of sales because guys like you happily do your part to make piracy a serious problem for many producers. And you're wrong, you can make money in this niche market. We've done it for 20 years, but over that time, we've learned when and where to fight piracy. Guys like you just make it harder. But like you said, you don't lose any sleep.

Some people like yourself, make music for a hobby and others make (or try to make) a living out of it. Your music is not affected by piracy as you do it for the love of it - and if you decide to stop then only you are affected by it. When music labels start losing significant money through piracy they cut costs by dropping artists and it's usually the smaller artists, struggling to break through that see their careers terminated. So fans and artists lose out. Likewise, it's the lower level staff in these companies that lose their jobs.

Saying people shouldn't expect to make money off something because piracy exists is ridiculous. If you don't want tickling media to exist in the future then maybe you'll be rewarded with that, but if you expect that people will spend $1000s to produce clips for the 'community' then you'll be sadly disappointed. Anyone can hire models and buy equipment and take time off form other work to spend hours (and it is hours of work believe me) producing clips. Would they do this for free, just for the love of it? Maybe once. People can do this for free already but they don't. All you will get is occasional low-level, amateur productions which, whilst fine in their own right, won't meet the varying needs and tastes of the masses.

It's expensive to produce quality material - it takes a lot of time and money. A lot of money spent on models that don't work out in order to find the ones that do. Hiring studio space, paying for lighting, cameras, media, computers, software, tools, bondage equipment, outfits, travel costs, bills, insurance, everything...right down to food and drink. If money isn't made then that's a huge financial loss to the person making the vids. in addition, clips need to be released regularly if any money is to be made and for many of us, that means working on it every day.

If you think anyone has the resources to produce high quality material without it also being a business then you are mistaken - they would be doing it already. There is an idea that says 'because I enjoy fapping to this thing, then the people making it shouldn't be getting money for it'. This is clearly wrong.

Fair point. But what I was trying to get accross is its possible to spend your own money to produce something just cause you love to do it. Piracy isnt new. That's why I was bringing up piracy that existed in the 90's. If your in the media buisness you should have the expectation that its gonna get pirated to some extent. If I did try to make a living with music I wouldnt expect to sell crazy numbers. Would Michael Jacksons thriller sell 10 million albums of it was released today? 5 million? It would MAYBE sell 2 mill. As I said before its 2017. Things change. Movies and music are affected but somehow you think tickling clips wont be? Im not saying you have to do it for free. Make the clips and sell them for as much as you desire. I hope you make great profits. All im saying is there should be a realistic expectation that piracy will happen. If the ability to get something for free is out there ( and it will be) people will flock to it. Have you ever downloaded a song for free? Watched a bootleg movie? Burned a CD? I find it hard to believe you've never done any of that stuff.

That's a good plan. That's what I do.

.. none of you get to see it, but I do it because I love it!

No, what you're asking us to do...what you are asking everyone to do...is subscribe to low expectations. This is simply an excuse for you and those like you to get yours for free. No one is holding a gun to your head, telling you to pirate. Contrary to what your dick thinks, phap material isn't necessary to life. You try to deflect by saying everyone does it. I'm just human. No, everyone doesn't do it and even if we subscribed to that idea, not everyone does it with the reckless abandon you find when it comes to porn. You and your ilk make excuse after excuse for why you should continue to do something that you admit is fundamentally wrong. You're a moral coward.

I agree with you to an extent but I think what some of you all are missing is this is how my generation grew up. Entitlement or not, it's just how it is. When we were young and got curious and googled "porn" or in my case "tickle videos" we found videos online. Maybe at the time we realized they were pirated or maybe we didn't.

For those that don't have this fetish, they've got plenty of material to watch. All kinds of genres with all sorts of clips with famous porn stars and whatnot. But because I'm hardwired to enjoy a particular thing, you're telling me I have to pay to see it? I'm already in a fucked up situation as it is. Tickling dates or even girlfriends that don't like it, working to convince them that it's fun and eventually moving on because it's not their thing. Do I love this fetish? Yeah, but it comes with a bit of baggage.

In an ideal world where there's no piracy would I then be tempted to buy a clip? Maybe but probably 1 or 2 at the most. It's not that important for me or I'd find something else to watch. Something or someone else would come along that provides free clips with a fuckton of ads on their site and that's where we'd all go.

My interpretation of this is "Aww c'mon I'm already a freak who can barely touch women, throw me a bone!", is this accurate?

"It's just how it is". You're like Ravensfan52. Low expectations. You defend yourself by saying that it's not entitlement, it's just how your generation grew up. Guess what, your generation grew up with entitlement. Immediate gratification doesn't mean you have a right to something. You have a fetish? Ok. Most of us do. It's not a reason to pirate and stop using that weak excuse. You're not a victim. You don't need phap material to get off. It just makes it more fun. And those without fetishes are pirating even more content. So again, weak excuse. All you and those like you are doing is making excuse after excuse to justify doing something to others that you freely admit you would not want done to you. Guys like you don't make arguments. You just make bullshit excuses to justify you continue doing what you've always been doing, no matter how wrong you agree that it is.
