I am among the minority (it seems) who never found Uma Thurman beautiful. She is a terrific actress, however. And like Milagros already said, she did pour a great deal of fetish fuel on us in both volumes of Kill Bill. I still haven't completely recovered from those extreme closeups on her feet 
Seeing her enduring the ticklish ministrations of the good Dr DTKA is pure eye candy. For our greatest pleasure, he counts among the most sadistic in our artists' community!
