Yeah, ticklingandfeet, don't leave the community just because of those crooks and their empty threats, you already bought those amateur videos from them, so you're free to do whatever you want with them. I gotta repeat myself, they don't even really own those things.

lol there's nothing even copyrighted here. Renfaire videos have always been shared freely in the past, serves those guys right for overcharging for them in first place.

Ownership begins with creation. He didn’t create these. There are definitely C4S stores selling these clips, but he didn’t set those up, either. Some of these I even bough on VHS by one of the original troup members years ago. His copyright would not have even expired at this point.

He certainly isn’t a licesnsed regulator policing pricing or even defining what “overcharging” is (and let’s face it, this guy isn’t giving these away to punish anyone.)

You can’t go to a “sidewalk sale” and start pulling merchandise off of tables to take home and share while claming the store doesn’t own them because they were in public view outisde the store, and the store doesn’t own the property because they lease from the property owner - therefore it’s all legally yours to take & distribute.
 
I wonder if any of these women that were recorded could have imagined that years and years later strangers would be selling, trading, and fighting over footage of them being tickled XD
 
Taking physical products and the owner not having it anymore is very different than someone making a copy and leaving the orginal product with the owner. I'm sure the original people who shot the videos still have the same copies as before.

We don't know if he had the copyright or not. There are no notices posted on any of those videos for who the owner of the copyright is nor is there any documentation online with the original videos linked to a producer. I've seen a lot of tickling videos and aside from the homemade type the producers always put a copyright notice, which tells me that the people who shot these videos are afraid of getting sued because they didn't get signoff from the girls to appear in a commericial production.

The people charging 60 dollars for a single video are overcharging and because of greed they screwed themselves. Why would anyone pay 60 dollars for a single video when this guy posted all of them for free. If someone is producing new material they still can charge whatever price they want but after seeing all of these videos myself I don't think the market is there. Over the years the mystery around these videos have caused the price to increase and I think that mystery is gone. I may be wrong maybe the market has grown. One thing for sure is the older videos that have been selling over and over for years have lost the 60 dollar per video value.

Were you one of the people who resold these videos? Do you still have any new material left to sell or trade?

Do you have an ad blocker? I was able to dl most of the clips in my search for F/M and didn't see anything like that.
 
If you go to the download page with adblocker enabled, it won't allow you to download until the adblocker is disabled.

I'm not disappearing but probably won't be around as much. I did see a number of people mention they were getting viruses from the links I posted. That's never good, I've removed the links to the deposit files and reuploaded to rapidgator as some mentioned them earlier in the thread.

Also a number of people mentioned they found the single file depositfiles download links impossible to get more than a few files.

The photos 7z file actually requires us to be paid users in order to download it, since it limits it to 500 MB for free users.
