Feels like we don't really have a solution. Not sure a dollar a week or 11 a month forever if you forget to cancel is a good home for the clips forever. Perhaps a free darkweb type of site, I've setup an onion addressed site and it wasn't too difficult (remembering the address is). Anyone have any experience with onion sites? Curious are there any tickling related onion sites out there that you visit or trust or run yourself?

I think renfaire stuff is actually against the Pornhub rules. Although a lot of it gets through and posted on the site it often gets flagged as non-consensual. I tried upload a few videos several months ago that were auto rejected for just that reason. I assume those that do get through the initial checks are on borrowed time until they get flagged.
As much as I enjoy renfaire material that gets shared on this site I think we have to acknowledge there is a dark side to it. These are not fetish models who have agreed to be tickled on camera or celebrities performing for entertainment purposes. These are people who found themselves in a humorous situation whilst enoyinging a day out with family/friends. They have not consented to their image uploaded to a pornographic website. Is there really any difference between uploading a renfaire tickling video and being one of those guys who take and upload candid upskirt photos of girls in public without their permission. The end result is the same, the images are used to feed viewers specific kinks.

Sure there is. One is a complete and massive invasion of privacy, going up someone's skirt specifically for a plainly sexual item, that is made by the person who actually films the material. The other is uploading a video that was created by someone else of a festival setup that they created and participated in, of a fun and interesting historical scene. The only immoral part of it was putting it on pornhub.
And I use immoral quite sarcastically, it's a very stupid thing to do.
That's on an individual basis. But in any event, your kinks are not immoral, especially if you're not directly hurting anyone. The way you utilize/express them may be deleterious to yourself, or displeasing to others, but that means nothing in the long run.
Just stop uploading them to Pornhub and X-Hamster and stuff like that. No one wants to be associated with a god damned porn site. You'd think most people would get that through their heads. But I guess a lot of them are too dulled by masturbating to realize the consequences of putting a video of a person in a silly everyday situation on a website where the ad right next to the video is a woman getting her ass blown out by an ogre-dicked college guy whose member is dribbling with semen.
That's not a good look, is all I'm saying.

Nowhere am I suggesting that having a kink or engaging in it is immoral. The fact is that sharing any image of somebody without their permission is a moral grey area at best, be it on this site, youtube, facebook, instagram pornhub or wherever. As far as I am concerned the sharing of videos taken at a public event with the participants permission are no different to upskirting the setting is a totally irrelevant factor in this case. Even if the initial renfair footage was initially filmed innocently, the moment it gets co-opted for sexualised purposes it places the subjects in a unfair position. If it was your partner in those stocks would you share the footage without her permission? Of course not, so how is the fact it is a stranger any different?
Ask yourself this, if it's not ok to share material on Pornhub for reasons of morality, why is it ok to share exactly the same material on any other website when it is can be accessed by the same audience?
I fully admit I am a hypocrite for the way I have treated such material in the past but I was naive and ignorant then. Now I regret that and hold my hands up to it. I am not saying we should deprive ourselves of this content entirely, but just suggesting that maybe we need to all step back and consider how we seek out and share these videos and tread a bit more carefully. Maybe just be grateful for what is available rather than expecting people to constantly share more and complaining when videos get taken down either by a website or an individual user. You indulging in your kink is not immoral but you cannot control how others treat that material. When your image is put on the internet in any capacity there is always a chance, big or small, somebody who knows you irl will see it. Can you imagine the humiliation that could be caused if somebody who knows one of the girls in these videos found one of them even on a non-porn site like youtube and saw the kind comments that often get left by people who don't know how to enjoy their kinks respectfully, if that video was found by somebody with malicious intent it could be used to cause great distress. When professional models perform in fetish videos they do so willingly and knowing how the material will be used, they sign contracts and waivers agreeing to that, the girls in the renfaire videos have not been given that right.

It could also be people *expect* “the renfaire clip owners” to GIVE away their property. Museums will sell you a print of their paintings, or you can buy a BluRay, but museums and studios won’t give way their material. Especially via an adults-only website.
Not only is it very much against Pornhub's rules, it could be a felony in the US.
Anyone who appears on-camera in a porn video needs to provide the maker of said video with copies of their legal identification showing that they're over the age of 18, as well as fill out some paperwork compliant with 18USC2257 regarding said IDs and some other personal information. Not only are the "models" in these videos not verified to be of legal age, but there are no IDs on file or 2257 paperwork OR any proof of consent. Non-consensual material is against the TOS of every legit clip site on the planet, and not having that paperwork is a felony. "But it's not porn!" - that argument goes out the window when the video hits Pornhub.

I wasn't saying it because of any suggestion, it was more for the people who will read it in the future, and feel that particular sentiment.
And of course, totally your position. But, the issue with pornhub is that Porn sites are objectively a disgusting place. Putting something that is subjectively sexual to a small sliver of the human population on a place that is objectively trashy, degenerate and makes no attempt to make it look a tad cleaner than it is, suddenly taints the whole situation the subjective scene was created in.
As for the issue of if it was my partner? Sure, it's not my footage to control, it's the owners footage.
Because putting something that's not objectively trashy and degenerate among things that are advertised as trashy and degenerate taints the nature of it to the casual observer. Hence why it's fine to put it on Youtube, but not on Pornhub. It's not just my perspective on it, it's most people's, which is why Pornhub and sites like it have been facing great pushback via litigation, but a site like Youtube or Dailymotion does not get the same type of pushback.
Also, I had to edit my last response for clarity. Immorality was used sarcastically, it should've been stupidity.
You were not a hypocrite. You did what is human, and you should not regret it. If it were not for people like you we would not have the content we have as accessible as it is. The problem was simply placing it in a tainted environment.

If in the second situation people decide to shame the person, then that's a personal issue in regard to the shamer. The shamers are in fact the more irritating problem., and they are a very large factor in the chaos, because they themselves cannot control themselves enough to be civil, an unfortunately all too common trait among people. Perhaps they should be punished as well. There has historically been no punishment for they who shame, perhaps instead of working on limiting ourselves so much, we should work on limiting those who are more responsible for the active chaos.
That seems quite irrelevant to me, when someone sees something unintentionally sexual that arouses them, it doesn't matter much. It's been done, and no one was harmed.
Be wary about being overzealous about this many splendored and odd idea of respecting yourself and everyone else, or you'll find yourself respected into a box you can't get out of.
