Well, it's not exactly fitness more than wellness. It basically looks like a way to use your body weight to stretch, decompress, and allow certain movements to improve flexibility and mobility. Probably works the core pretty well if you are twisting and turning

Actually looks like it'd be pretty comfortable. But I would feel nervous having the bottom of my feet exposed out like that, myself lol Hope to see a video producer invest in this as I could see some great videos being made with it! If I had my own place and a spare room, I'd have one in there, as well!

This does look like it could make a great video. Maybe upside down with the tickler laying on the ground, and the 'lee has to choose between lifting up or getting her belly tickled?
