Just curious what everyone does to wind down so they can sleep. As a freelance artist I sometimes work late at night, and get pretty jazzed up, making it hard for me to wind down and get some z'.s
I usually try having a glass of milk and reading a book. Going for a walk helps too. What about everyone else?
