Inexperienced TicklerLooking For Tickle Discussion Buddy/Teacher!

I need someone to help me learn the ways of tickling, as well as possibly give demonstrations of techniques and such via Skype? Also looking for someone as a kinda 'tickle pet' so I can start to learn the ropes of it? No irl interaction or anything, just Skype calls and such for now, unless we get to the point where we're comfortable with it! Just females if you please!
