I don't have experience in this area, but I would think that advertising the fact that you're tickling would only attract girls that are not unbearably ticklish. The way to get the best models, I think, would be to directly ask people. Some of the most genuinely ticklish models I've seen on this forum were either cold-approached or were just friends of the producers.
