Really obscure old video I'm curious about

Hey guys and gals, just had a quick question for you. I found this video a while ago and I've always been fascinated by it

It's a really weird tickling video involving a teacher tickling her students and asking her about pirates, just watch it, it's not long.

My question is does anyone know any more about it? The full name of the video? the studio? Has anyone seen the whole thing? Does anyone, god forbid, actually have it?

It always mystified me and I've never thought to ask the forum until now lol, thanks very much

I have seen this before. I believe it is from a VERY low budget horror movie titled Curse of Pirate Death. I rented it one day on a whim and when the movie first came on I started cursing at myself for being so stupid but was pleasantly surprised when this scene came on. It was much longer than the average mainstream tickle scene. I also thought I recognized the ler from a clips4sale store. I think it is her, it looks like her at least if it's not. Thanks for letting me know, it's been bugging me for a while where that clip was from

well I dont know the lee but the Ler is "clare fonda."
