Black Canary has spread the word that Ticklante has another set of mystical stocks, hidden somewhere in Gotham! Vixen (Enchantress Sahrye) finds it at Harley Quinn's (Isobel Devi) hideout ... but Harley doesn't like uninvited guests!
The two fight and Vixen doesn't know what's worse; fighting the little blonde lunatic or having to listen to her cheap jokes! Vixen gets the upper hand, but doesn't want to do Harley any permanent harm, so she pins her, face down, pulls off her boots and socks and tickles her bare feet! Harley shrieks and cackles as she thrashes around, pounding the floor with her fists as her wildly wriggling feet try in vain to avoid Vixen's wicked claws!
Now that Vixen has found the stocks, she wants to know who's running the illegal, underground superheroine fight club that Huntress and Black Canary broke up, (See episodes. 162-165) but Harley is desperately trying to hold out! The little laugh-addled lunatic is on the verge of breaking when Slade Wilson intervenes and subdues Vixen!
Soon, Vixen is strapped into the stocks, for Harley's amusement. The clown queen of crime removes Vixen's boots and goes to town on Vixen's helpless, bare feet! Vixen immediately goes berserk with hysterical laughter! Her soft, little feet flail in foot-tickled agony as she goes into an apoplectic fit! In her state of tickle panic, Vixen reveals that she knows Ticklante and is trying to help him return to normal, which only spurs Harley on to tickle her even more relentlessly! The shrieking superheroine is pushed to her limits, but Harley is having too much fun, enjoying her hilarious suffering to want to stop!
Meanwhile, across town, Black Cat (Andi Page) is trying to steal relics from Ticklante's lair, but is stopped by his force field. When Black Canary (Reagan Lush) arrives on the scene, Black Cat thinks the force field is her doing! What happens next? Are the cat and canary working together? Will Vixen meet a ticklish demise?
