This isn't anything crazy, well I guess it is. I know there's a lot of piracy going on etc, but there's someone on Instagram by the name @4tickling_fetish and he isn't giving away tickling videos but selling them. And he's selling videos that other producers have made so just putting it out there. Hopefully producers see this and it helps. Ive met producers and know what goes in to producing so that's what persuaded me to put this out there because those that I've met and hopefully it helps others. Too much piracy and videos ended up places they shouldn't be.

It is pathetic that people steal clips from people. Producers spend their money making clips and paying models and they don't deserve to be stolen from. When will people learn that sites/stores close because they steal clips and they aren't making money any more?

Because a lot of the time people take them and post them on other sites for free and people go to those sites instead of paying producers money and then the producers get fed up and shut down the site.

Why on earth would people buy vids from some random dude on instagram when they can buy it from a vid store instead? I can understand people illegally downloading stuff because it's free, but if you're paying, it seems like an insane risk to trust some guy, instead of buying it from the legit store.

(The fact that this is a scummy and clearly illegal thing to do is assumed here)

Do you have any proof of this? I've worked with this guy (he introduced me to Mya and was her escort for the shoot) and a quick breeze-by of his IG page doesn't show any videos for sale, just reposted previews from other producers.

I never said any of you made anything at all but when you do a video do you actually fork out the money for your models?
 
Good for you. Many dont.
For the record I dont go to pornhub. I buy my stuff and in truth gravitate to customs as I get exactly what I want.
However if someone offers a video to buy I do so provided they dont claim the work is theirs and I am paying less than the video costs on the net. That is perfectly legal and ethical.

Thanks. I won’t be dealing with him again. Definitely puts some of the things he’s said to me in a different light.

I don’t recognize the clip in that link but if you know what producer it belongs to, I’m sure they’d appreciate a heads-up.
 
Piracy is a historical issue dating back to before any fetish producer ever recorded people frolicking around on a bed and called it a living. So as much as we complain about the issue, producers must have known going in that piracy of their content was a possibility. It's like me choosing to swim in shark infested waters and expecting to come out of it unscathed.

O.K. so he doesn't claim it as his own. The fact still remains that it's not his own and therefore he has no rights to it. If he has no rights to it then he has no right to sell it.
