For some reason today,I am feeling a bit more upbeat.
In one episode of a great anime series called Cowboy Bebop, Spike's spacecraft is hurtling towards the Earth. He lights a cigarette, leans back, and says, whatever happens, happens.

Well, I hope you get to feeling better and that it isn't really cancer. I'll keep you in my prayers. Try not to worry about it. That will only make it worse. Find something to take your mind off of it.

Thanks again everyone for the positive waves. I made it home yesterday. It felt weird getting ten hours or so of sleep last night.

I just returned to the TMF for the first time since October 15th.

Thank you. Yes. I think I shall be going on Monday. There is a small clinic in Lancaster. But the treatment I shall need can't be done there.

So the VA is a bust for now. I tried to find my discharge form. I can't find it. I sent off for another one. That may take anywhere from two weeks to months.
My insurance provider was able to e-mail me whomever is in the network. The one place a few miles away has twenty five doctors in the same building.

I gave them a call a little earlier. I have a 13:15 appointment for Nov. 7.
 
I am so sorry my friend, that is not news one ever wants to hear. I am going to hope they turn out to be nothing or, at worse, minor and easily-managed issues. Liver masses can be many things. May they be one of the things that are easy to fix. Good luck, and I hope things went well yesterday.

Sorry you had delays my friend. :( I know they have been doing the same thing to my dad. He has kidney failure at this time as well as other issues. So they put off the appointment for the kidney specialist for 2 months. Sadly this seems to be the norm for medical care these days. I hope you can get your situation resolved as quickly as possible with hopefully good news. As always if you need anything email or pm me anytime.
