Hey everybody! I love October Fetish and all of the awesome artwork that comes along with it. I decided to finally contribute myself with this project, and I very much enjoyed creating it! 8c )
Here's the concept:
- 4 pieces
- Each one focuses on one of four characters i created, based on the Queens in a deck of cards
- Queen of Clubs is blonde, Halloween costume is a sexy nurse
- Queen of Spades has black hair, Halloween costume resembles burlesque vampire, based on Betty Paige and Morticia Addams
- Queen of Diamonds has brown hair, Halloween costume is geisha-inspired
- Queen of Hearts is a redhead, Halloween costume inspired by Jessica Rabbit
I should say I know that the costumes are not always as evident in these pieces. I started drawing based on these ideas and just allowed myself to make the best pieces I thought I could. Don't worry though! I plan on keeping these characters around and doing more pieces for other holidays, so I will have time to experiment with different scenarios, costumes, body styles (I find women of a wide variety of shapes and sizes attractive ;c D), and skin tones.
The last piece is still Halloween themed, but is just an extra one I wanted to draw just for fun.
Enjoy! Let me know what you think!
