When Poor Kelly came into the clinic with a foot problem because she couldn't wear a heel on her aching left foot the Doctor's promised her radical treatment to 'stimulate' her foot. She was a bit concerned being tied down at what would come next but was totally unprepared for the extreme tickle treatment that was to come. She does everything to try to pull her foot away including clutching with her naked toes to her other shoe and banging her good foot against the stretcher she's on to stop the tickling. Nothing works however and she squirms and screams as her poor footsie is subjected to nonstop tickling courtesy of the head 'therapist'.
