I can only tell whose soles I like most. Although all are very sexy and look delicious I will say

1, 5, 4, 3 , 2

But I would lickle and nibble all!!!
 
Mine are, because i like shorter toes;

A: 2,3,1,5,4

Judging from the squirmimg and trying to get away;

B: 2,1,4,3,5

And from question a and b, sexyness and ticklisness i go for;
C: 2,1,3,4,5
 
If you're forcing me to choose, I'd pick 2, 4, 1, 5, 3 for preference of feet. I also think 2 is most ticklish and thus the one I'd love to tickle most.
But I also think it's unfair to make me pick. I want to tickle them all. Why can't we just get them all together and let me have at it ??
 
4 is being tickled in the feet and upper body at the same time so should be disqualified from this survey.
