I have just been informed that General Zod has lost his struggle with cancer by a post on Facebook from his sister. I knew him from here and we talked a bit on other social media sites. My condolences to his other friends and those that new him in person. He will be missed.

RIP Zod. The forum won't be the same without you. Condolences to his family and friends. :(

Very Saddened about Zod's passing.

He passed away far too young.

Rest In Peace, Zod.

I met Zod at a gathering once, and he was a very friendly guy. And of course he'd been a member of the forum pretty much since the beginning. I'm so sorry to hear this.

This is devasting. I have known General Zod a long time. There isnt a nicer guy anywhere on this planet. This is really hard to take. I really thought of him more of a brother then just a friend.

Rest In Peace General Zod. I am sure you are in a better place. God bless you. :twohugs:

Say it ain't so! Dang, he was a treasure. RIP Zod, it was good to know you, even if only briefly.

I am very saddened to hear this news. Life sure ain't fair sometimes. Rest In Peace General Zod. :tank:

Saddened to hear this.

Condolences to those who knew him on a personal level. He seemed like a nice guy.

Damn. Fuck cancer. Zod always had a giggle to share with anyone and everyone. He's going to be missed.

Didn't know him that well but he seemed like a good guy. This is very sad news.

Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear this and feel for those who knew him personally.

I only had a few interactions with him on TMF, chatting about a mutual interest in trucking and the modelling he did (model tanks) - very much a pleasure every time (I don't think we ever talked about tickling at all) and someone you'd always have time for.

Cancer is a devastating bully of an illness, it seemed he was just beginning his fight and I'm really saddened to read that he's passed.

HOW SAD!

I guess there was too much cancer in him.

I met him once at a model show outside my hometown.

He was also in the USAF and we got along well together.

RIP CHAD. :dropatear.

Thank you kered for sharing the news, so very sad that it is. The man was always a joy to post with throughout my time on the TMF. He will be missed indeed. =(

Contrary to a lot of y'all, I had never met him personally. But he was one of us; I remember reading a lot of his posts eversince I joined. He struck me as a man of strong political convictions, smart and dryly funny. I would have loved to hang out with him for sure.

May he rest in peace. He's surely tickling naughty angels' feet right now~

I just now found out. I lost my uncle last summer to the same type of cancer. This hits hard.

I know he's giving them hell in the Great Beyond, just like OddBall.

I will have a special post in the Artwork gallery of the work he commissioned.

Oh...and this...
