Pepsi Fire: Has Anyone Heard Of.. Or Tasted It?

A friend e-mailed me today about Pepsi Fire.

I had not heard of it.

While I have not tasted it yet, I've heard.. mixed reviews.

What have other forum members heard about it?
 
It's not bad. Pepsi with cinnamon. PepsiCo. is getting adventurous with flavors, like their salted caramel Pepsi (which is, IMHO, absolutely horrid).
 
Of the people I've heard who have tried it.

One person said it tastes like Big Red Chewing Gum.

That same person said it "pulsates when it hits your stomach".

Another was like. "Oh that shit is gross. "

I'm thinking of buying one can, taking one sip/swig, and if it's really disgusting, just tossing it.

ehhhh...I haven't tried it. Doesn't sound appealing. Cinnamon is delicious in some contexts. Like pastries and such. Flavored Pepsi? I'd try a sip, just to experience it. Can't imagine it being a favorite.
 
Never heard of it but I'd be willing to give it a try.
 
It's Crystal Pepsi all over again. I haven't seen Pepsi Fire in my region. From what I gather it isn't very hot, according to INFLUENSTER.

I don't consume alcoholic beverages, but I'm tempted.
 
It's fucking horrible, it tastes like if someone liquefied Big Red chewing gum.
 
I think it's O.K. It wasn't bad but I wouldn't buy it again. It's kinda spicy with a very sweet flavor. The kind of flavor where I think most people will either love it or hate it. I would do like you described, but ONE bottle and see how you like it.
 
No, haven't heard of it, or seen it. But of they want fire, why not Pepsi-Habanero (bring it out in time for Cinco de Mayo)? Or worse?
 
I have heard of it, sounds interesting. I've had tabasco flavored beer so I'd be game for something different.
