Ok, I haven't had to do this desperate thing in awhile - our issues have been mostly with tiny bills. And I'm not even looking at the fact that our car registration ($200) is due on the 20th and I don't have it. There's a TL;DR at the end of this if you don't want to read the whole long thing.
I took care of the car payment this month, but as a result...my wife is out of medication.
I have one social media client who pays me every week for the work I do for her (feel free to follow - she's a Naturopathic Doctor and her articles and images are very motivational and educational: http://facebook.com/DrBeraTLC ), and that money every week has been covering my wife's medication. But because this month has been so tight, and the fact that I don't get paid again until Monday or Tuesday... My wife is out of medication as of this morning. She just took her last dose.
I need at least $60 to get her three days of meds so she can get through to when I get paid next.
Now, I DO offer social media management at the rate of $25 an hour, with a minimum of 4 hours a week. This isn't a service I usually talk about here because, honestly, the people I know don't really need help. I advertise on Craiglist and clients come and go occasionally. But it includes up to 3 postings a week (that can be to Twitter, FB, and LinkedIn - other services are an extra fee), free editing of your written articles for posting, and free creation of motivational-style quote images both to advertise your articles and drive interest to your site.
My commission queue has 3 slots open at the moment, so that's available as well if anyone is interested.

Her meds now cost about $25 a day, thanks to the rising cost of healthcare in America, and the fact that with the legalization of medical cannabis in California, her meds now come with state and local taxes that they previously didn't. I should probably update the FAQ about that.
TL;DR: My wife is out of meds, they keep her from having strokes and potentially dying. I need $60 to get her enough to get through to when I get paid the money we use for her meds again. Commissions are open and I offer Social Media Management (more geared toward companies than individuals, but can be adjusted).
