That TV series(whose title translates in English as "Walk The Plank") actually is Brazilian,although some of the female contestants that they gather for that show seem to be a mixture of Brazilian,Spanish,and European beauties. And yes,their latest tickle is indeed very gorgeous.

Also, I believe it's a type of quiz show. If the girls gets the answers wrong, they tickle their feet. They've had some real cuties on there, although sadly this one doesn't seem to be too ticklish.
