Does is make sense to take people from a fetish site to a facebook (fetish?) site that then connects fetish to your fb profile and could eventually raise stupid and useless questions from friends?

That will only happen if you 'Like' the page. Just clicking on the link and viewing the page will not connect you or your profile to it.
 
I don't know what connections are visible but FB knows you visited the website and even this is too much of information. Noone knows what leaks will become public in the future. I see absolutely no reason to actively carry all kind of information to facebook.

Don't worry, your ISP already knows (or has means to know) that you visit TMF. So does Google. Time to put your tin foil hat on!

Slightly more on topic: I'm not particularly big on this style of drawing, but I do like the idea of the entire Order. I'm sure you'll find many fans :)

If this is an issue with you, then just 'Sign Out' of Facebook every time you leave the site.
