The last remnants of the revolutionary pitching staff that helped the Royals win consecutive AL titles and the 2015 World Series is now gone.
The Royals pitching staff of 2014 and 2015 was innovative. The starters only had to work five to six innings, then came HDH, Herrera, Davis and then Holland. They rode this wave for two years culminating in a World Series victory in 2015. Now the pitching staff, along with most of the roster that helped them win is now gone and the team is a shadow of its former staff. Rebuilding, yippee!!
