Left Side or Right Side

So after being tickled by my girlfriend I realized that one side of my body is more ticklish than the other (my left side is more ticklish despite me being right handed). So I wonder among you have one side that tends to be more ticklish than the other. Is your right foot or left foot ticklish. Your left side more ticklish than your right side? A question I always wondered.

It’s really just very ticklish both sides, but I do notice my left foot is more ticklish especially when it’s light touching. I can feel the difference where it’s just more like “oh F*CK that tickles”. I’m right handed too.

My left side (including foot, ribs, and armpit) is more ticklish than my right side. I have no idea why.

I remember some James Darke videos where he is specifically tickling the feet, (usually the hot feet of the street videos) where he starts off the right foot, then when he has had his full with that one he asks if they are right handed, usually they say yes, and he is like "oh, your left foot is gonna be bad". Out of maybe 7-10 of those I have seen, only 2 or 3 where equal or less ticklish on left foot. Most right handed people are more ticklish on left side and vice versa. Dunno why, just a common reoccurring thing.

And I also encountered ladies with more ticklish left side of upper body quite often.

I have very limited knowledge of anatomy, but my guess would be that because for right-handed people using their left hand feels unnatural (not as strong, weaker/awkward in operation like writing or doing anything you're more accustomed to with your right), the nerves and muscles are better developed on the dominant side of your body. I've no experience with tickling, but I do notice sometimes that my left side (arm, leg, whatever) is more sensitive to pain than on my right, as in the nerves and muscles are more alert on my left side because they're not accustomed to being used as often. Perhaps that translates to tickling as well.

For me it depends how i'm positioned. Sometimes I can become less ticklish on one body part or area, and then if I move or lay a different way, that body part can get more blood flow maybe or something and become a lot more sensitive and responsive to tickles.
