In the season 2 finale at about 28:20 "Liberty Belle" gets a brief underarm tickle in an attempt to eliminate her from a battle royale match. Sadly it didn't seem too effective.
 
It's very deliberate too, the camera has the action of her fingers as its focus - but "Liberty Belle" doesn't seem to react to it at all.
 
It's hard to guage any kind of reaction because she turns her face away from the camera as it happens, there's a whole lot of noise and commotion in the scene and it's interrupted almost isntantly by another character trying to stomp on Liberty Belle. Still kinda cute.

There's another kinda nothing scene from Episode 8 of the new season that has a tickle reference. The character of Brittanica, played by Kate Nash who is confirmed ticklish, is doing a skit where she's trying to get a floppy disk into her brain and realizes that she has to insert it through her lady parts. So she puts it up under her skirt and then starts laughing as it's going in and says that it tickles. This isn't much really because she's obviously not actually being tickled but it was nice to hear her laugh and say the word.

Has to insert a floppy disk into her brain? WTF?
 
No problem. The reason that it was edited is because it kept freezing which means it played for 3 to 10 seconds and freezes on a frame. Also, I think the audio might be messed up too (possibly). On the plus side, the scene is pretty silly

Well you beat me to the punch I was just gonna post this same finding as I just finished watching GLOW. Was pretty cool to see but yeah no real visible reaction but who knows she may be ticklish
