There’s a way to access it and it’s easy. Download a VPN and once it has been installed, choose France as the country where you want to run the VPN out of. There are several free VPNs with a bandwidth cap. Enough to watch the video.

I tried it with Hola and couldn't ever get the damn video to load.
 
Its a sawing in half trick and I guess that its not her feet that getting tickled :/
 
Thanks for posting. It's a great clip, maybe the best saw-in-half clip. And I am pretty sure it is the real feet that get tickled. You can see the artificial ones later and they look different. Some good reactions.
Too bad you others will never be able to watch it.
Just kidding. I downloaded it. If you still can't access it and no one else posts it in the next days, I am going to try to upload it somehow. Does anyone know the maximum file size for attachments on this forum?
 
Hopefully someone will have an upload of this clip onto Dropbox,since it unfortunately took too long for my PC to download and (if anyone has followed the Agathe and Kelly saga over at various YouTube videos) that it looks to be another chapter in Agathe's and Kelly's televised rivalry(since they also did[at one time] a dance/twerk challenge).

Tickling looks real to me. But be aware: it's short…short short. Almost too short for my taste. Matter of one or two seconds. But it's nice.

In case anybody's interested, yes, those are her feet. At the beginning and at the end, they're real. Once the box is spun around to show the head being locked in, that is when the switch is made.
