Found on brianspage as just DID scenes, but there turned out to be brief moments of tickle torture! They are serbian, croatian and slovenian versions of a hospital comedy show. Two of the characters are captured by burglars and tied up and one has her foot tickled with a feather, probably to give up some information. Doesn't last long but it's cool to see it with different actresses, and scenes like this are very rare these days.
The time stamp is the start of the scene and the tickling happens a minute or so after. Don't forget to remove the spaces.
