There's a whole personals section for that, so go nuts. Plenty of people have met on the TMF, and a handful even got married over the years.

To be honest, looking for a date prior to knowing anyone seems a bit like putting the horse before the cart. Your best bet is to just talk with people, get to know them, develop friendships, and maybe something will unfold organically from there.
