Generally most producers make an effort to remove the videos from PornHub, as it prevents you from buying them.

tbh I think a lot of it is the fact that even though they're not supposed to be here, there are a lot of teenagers on the forum. Clip piracy isn't the big deal to people who have had easy access video content for pretty much their entire lives.

We didn't see a reason to 'chime' in.
User discussed the disappearance of a group of videos from a sharing hub site. Users replied with information how a takedown had probably been enforced by the copyright holder and explained how the material had been pirated to the hub.
User did not request access to said material, just commented that it was gone. So no violation was made.
It's no incredible secret that hub sites host tons of stolen content, and finding it is not a huge trial if one had access to google. We don't support direct linking such stolen content, but the fact that it happens and exists is not something that is censorable.

We are here and we see this but I agree with Comfort. A good amount of people are more than likely underage when discussing piracy or in countries where piracy is necessary since they do not have the funds to actually pay for clips. Most producers that I know just shrug at this point. My clips are constantly pirated damn near daily at this point. So now I just deal with it as it arises. Its exhausting but a battle I do not see ending in my lifetime. Tom from TA told me once when I was a younger lad that people who pirate never pay and never will so why care when the money will be there from the people who support you. Recently I noticed that and its true. I have die hard awesome fans who pay and some who are fans but steal from me lol. So essentially its a slippery annoying slope but to bash every single thread discussing it or asking questions about it is more exhausting and frankly a waste of time. Let them do them as long as they follow the rules. As most of you know people can be pretty stupid <3

What exactly do you think a mod would have to say about this, that a regular user couldn't or wouldn't say?
Is it that you think this kind of comment should be banned? If so, you're just wrong because there's no reason someone shouldn't express this thought, or have this question.

I'm not cool with people illegally downloading videos. But as you can see, the world doesn't need me to express that thought. Plenty of other people are saying it.

Personally, I think you guys do a decent job keeping things straight here, so seeing that you see this shit going on all the time, you're used to it. And kudos to the producers for learning how to tolerate what goes on.

It's a knock because the presumption of the statement is that there's something we should have done, meaning "chime in," but didn't do. It implies that we're not doing what we're supposed to be doing.
Man all Chicago had to do was write eight words and you guys were off to the races.
Why generalize that this one sentence reflects Chicago's opinion of how the world works?
Maybe she just had an opinion that you disagree with, and that's it.
Btw, I also expected that you guys would jump in. Didn't you suspend someone a little while back because he admitted that he pirates material, and not because of anything he did on this forum?

There's a context to her comments that you may not be aware of, things that she's written and then deleted, or said privately in reports that she occasionally submits. But also, plenty of things that she's posted and are still there to see. It's a pattern of this kind of sarcastic or nasty "you're doing it wrong" and "The TMF sucks" comment.
I mean, it's not a coincidence that three of the four moderators who read this all interpreted it the same way.
But no, nobody has ever been banned for admitting that they download material. If they admitted to being a pirate, like they actively steal and then repost material, then that might have gotten someone banned, although I don't recall a specific incident.
You asked me what I meant and then decided my response wasn't what fit your assumptions so you misquote me saying shit like "this place sucks."
Did the mods all interpret it that way, or did you assume that too?
