I was wondering if anybody knows of any artists or sites that you could purchase custom made artwork? I find tickle art to be exotic, erotic and exciting.

You can ask artists on this very website, check out the artwork threads.
Deviantart has lots of fetish artist, even tickle specific, that take commissions. (Shameless plug time, yours truly has been doing it for some time.)
Check them out and message the ones you like the most.
