This is a business model built on independent contractors - it's a totally different dynamic. While I do think Vince can probably offer health insurance options to his talent and educate them on sound financial management for retirement, the contractors are responsible for their own well being (financial and otherwise). They know what they are signing up for when they agree to it. It's no different structure wise from other 1099-based professions except this carries a higher degree of physical risk. Vince can choose to do more, but he certainly doesn't have to. We're a capitalistic society, not socialist. It's clear we're on opposite sides of the spectrum and this is getting way off topic from the thread, so back to the point...
