Tricking people into unwanted physical contact doesn’t make it any better in the fucking slightest. Consenting to lift their shirts isn’t the same as consenting to getting raspberries from a stranger.
 
It's a prank video. i'm pretty sure every girl he talks to in the video were paid to be in it.

The girls would either be paid or signed an image release agreement for the guy to post it for sure else as someone said he would be in prison or punched in face if any of those acts are unconsented.
 
Oh, brother. It's a prank video, most likely it's staged like a lot of them, there have been similar tickle pranks on YouTube before.

I know it's hard for a lot of people with tickle fetishes to grasp but the majority of people don't see tickling as anything sexual. It's just viewed as something innocent and playful, it's not like he was just tickling women with zero concent to touch their bodies at all.
