Apparently Kevin Durant had a heck of a series against the LA Clippers. He poured in 35 last night versus the Houston Rockets.
At the post game press conference, a reporter who either didn't do his homework or is not familiar with the game of basketball or was going for a laugh asked Steve Kerr (the Warriors coach) if he had ever seen a player have a stretch of games like Durant has had, and taken over a series the way he did.
Kerr's response was priceless - "There's this guy named Michael, his last name escapes me. . ."he began as the room erupted in laughter. I don't know if the guy was going for the joke or if he was clueless to the absurdity of his question, either way Kerr's response was SUPERB!!!!
For those that don't get the joke, Kerr played with Jordan on the Bulls from 1996-99 and 2003, earning four championships.
