Try to not laugh while being tickled for some amount of time. Losing gets you more and/or harder tickling, winning gets you a break or a foot massage or something.

I tickle her feet for time with a timer. When she has enough, she gets exactly that much time with our hitachi want and not a second more. Repeat rounds until she can finish.
Also i enjoy having her on her knees bent over. Again with the hitachi. She gets pleasure until she cant hold still and then tickled for a while when she cant. She really cant hold still for the pleasure and i love it.

I like seeing how long you can go without laughing or using different tickle tools on someone. You start out with a light tool like a feather, then work your way up to stronger tools like an electric toothbrush.

Tickling someone because they're wearing something that bares a ticklish spot;
then, tickling them to get them to admit they did it on purpose;
then, tickling them to punish them for such behavior.
