Maybe I’ve been making this whole “find a tickle partner” thing more complicated than it needs to be. Is it really any different from anyone else who wants a satisfying sex life?

Slim down, lose the spare tire, spend less time on porn and more time meeting women in real life. And make sure to give HER plenty of orgasms.

I reckon those things would help considerably.

As a woman, I reckon you're on the right track. Good personality too obviously but you're right it's not rocket science. It can seem difficult, complicated, and daunting but don't do that game playing bs and you're most of the way there.
