Then later, Gabrielle supposedly retired and handed off the business to her mother Renee, who was pretty active and not afraid to be on camera at all.

Over time, I started to believe that Gabrielle was a fiction - a persona created by Renee because she was concerned that as a middle-aged woman she might be criticized or rejected by the community.

The handoff from Gabrielle to Renee was very conveniently timed - the TMF had gotten big, and the original alt.tickling boards were all disappearing. Switching from Gabrielle to Renee allowed Paradise Vision to reach out to me and apologize for the daughter's behavior, and ask for a fresh start.

Which they wanted because they wanted to advertise here, and at the time I had a ban on all of their content because I was, I think justifiably, pissed off at the way they had treated me.

In any case, in my mind the puzzle pieces never quite fit together smoothly. To me the simplest explanation - Occam's razor - is that it was all just Renee.

I could be completely wrong of course. It's just what I've come to personally suspect about it, with the benefit of a lot of hindsight.

I can't get enough of our "community history". Is there like a thread or a subgroup of threads that concentrates them? Would be great if there was.

Fascinating, this is exactly the kind of stuff I'd heard about, but never this clear.

And yes, Jeff and Real Tickling were the main targets of her bizarre attacks, it was weird, uncomfortable and unprofessional

However, I will say this: there are three different women: Gia, Renee and Gabrielle. They are not the same people. Renee very well might have been running the biz all along, although Gabrielle is the person behind the camera in all of the early videos, and Rene only a few times. Gabrielle speaks to both Rene and Gia from behind the camera in clips. And the person I spoke to was definitely Gabrielle, the same girl's voice who is behind the camera (and sometimes in front of it) in all of their early videos. It was not Gia and it was definitely not Rene (whose voice is raspier and older). And the girl I spoke to most definitely had an in-depth understanding of the fetish that predated being able to read about it here on the TMF. And it was from her mouth that I heard all the snark; for instance, she did an mocking imitation of Ember's laugh (from "Ember's Day") (a video I like, by the way, and said so...) so....obviously Gabrielle had done her homework, enough to look at the preview clips at least, if not order the videotape for herself)

From the conversation I had with her, and the sheer volume (and enthusiasm) of her appearances on or off camera in the early years that suddenly dropped off entirely, I would definitely think she at least had a major hand in the company.

I'm real sorry you had to endure such bullshit, Jeff. As I said, I would ALWAYS defend you and Real Tickling when she'd start that shit, pointing out that different companies had different styles and the more the merrier, the videotapes I'd bought from you that I loved, etc etc.

At one point we had an archive of historical posts, I seem to recall, but for the life of me I can't remember what happened with it.

Or maybe it never existed at all... it's been almost 20 years and some of the memories are fuzzy. Maybe I only thought about doing that.

This has taken a really interesting turn. I liked PV, and it's disturbing to find out about all this.
I remember a similar smear campaign against Pam and Solefully Yours, way back when.

Now that you mention it, I do remember her saying some really nasty things about Pam from Solefully Yours in terms of her weight and looks.

I remember all this. I thought it was incomprehensible & disgusting and couldn’t for the life of me figure out why “Gabrielle” engaged in such juvenile behavior. Jeff, TIB and Pam were all sincere trailblazers with very different approaches and styles and did not deserve any of the treatment they were getting. The ultimate result of Gabrielle’s behavior was to just diminish her own standing. I honestly thought there was something wrong with her, some sort of personality disorder or something close to that. (Oddly enough that kind of sick antisocial behavior has now all too often become the norm—think a certain prominent overweight male narcissist with a dyed blond wig, for example—but imo STILL has no place in any civilized, sane world. Hopefully Gabrielle, at least, got some help for her sick behavior.)

What I have always questioned is the relationship between the three so-called family members. Were they really mother/daughters or just business partners? Renee looked like she was only 5’2” or so yet she spawned some really tall daughters (Gabrielle was never seen but I think her feet were size 10 or so) It really did seem like a bizarre family business too, something a bit odd for a family to do together. They even came down on Magic Touch in their Without Consent 2 video. That surprised me.

I have heard - but from only 1 source - that Gia was a stepdaughter by marriage (there’s no resemblance between her and Renee.) Meanwhile, they even got Grandma involved with a couple of videos and she certainly looked quite a bit like Renee. It was definitely a family business.

I wished they’d released the video of Renee tickling her mother but there was so much Puritan outrage over an older woman getting tickled (not of family members making fetish videos, mind you; the looks of the model are much more important) that they never put it out. Years ago, I read a blog post called something like "My career in porn without ever getting naked" that was split into two parts. I want to say that the woman went by the pseudonym 'Nefarious Muse,' but I've come up blank and could be wrong. The first part of the story was about a radio show, but the second was the author describing a gig for Paradise Vision and working with Gabrielle. I have tried in vain to find it again, but perhaps someone else may have better luck.

From what I recall, she talked on the phone with Gabrielle for two hours, who referred to Renee as her mother. The scenario was the woman being trapped under a bed and having her feet tickled. She was given instruction on how to fake-laugh, but it turned out to be unnecessary because she said she was "literally being tortured," I remember that quite clearly. I think she also described Gabrielle lightly nibbling her arch to elicit a shriek when her reactions weren't what they were looking for.

If anyone can dig it up, it may shed some more light on the topic.

TMF (and I presume the wider "community" at the time) was intensely homophobic up until like a decade or so ago. It's not brought up a lot anymore for obvious reasons, but I remember even f/m stuff being referred to as "gay stuff" and sending members in a rage for being posted.

For whatever it's worth, there was also the matter of every time a new PV video was released, there would always be a mysterious new account that would pop up in the reviews section to rave about how great it was, while also slamming most other producers. I'm not sure if this was ever confirmed to be one of their tricks or not, but the consistency of their responses when people got suspicious always made me think it was one person doing it.

Amazing, in retrospect. I am not into the gay thing at all either, but it's the way she would just sit down and write an erotic story day after day with all the effort and dedication that it entails that strikes me as an awkward way to get back at someone. Weird, but somehow kinda funny at the same time. I think it must be borderline flattering to be hated so much, by someone. So funny story... in 2005-2006 my wife, her twin sister, older sister, and myself worked for PV. We all were paid. I was paid less as I was the Ler and they were the Lees. Maybe shot for them on and off for about a year. Then I had a scenario idea for a video that I thought would be a great concept. Renee agreed and I, not knowing anything at the time about the industry, (I was also only 18 at the time) posted on here looking for local lers that might be interested in helping with the project. Renee rebutted that I never worked for PV and she got me banned from this forum. Stopped speaking to me ever since. But without her and the company I looked up to, still do. I wouldn’t be here producing videos myself for everyone to enjoy.

And i tried to contact her throughout the years and never got any responses. I always wished her the best and it was a mistake on my part, but maybe that’s the way the cosmos told me to start this gig on my own. I always wished her the best.

She did tell me that the reason why Gia wasn’t around anymore was because she got married and started a family. Take it with a grain of salt but that’s what I was told.

Omg that is horrible, especially the news about Gabrielle. How did you find this out? What on earth happened?? Was this a drug thing? Gabrielle was really young.

I remember all this to well and yes, Gabrielle was the one who pretty much started the company and was the one who did all the posting on the alt.tk forums back in the day. I remember the attacks on Jeff and on the lady who ran Realtickling at the time (Before TIB). She also over-stepped her boundary's in a way with me. I was running a website called HotelTickle along with Sexi-Mexi and we were fortunate enough to get a celebrity into the community which was Gloria Pall from the movie Brothers K. in which she was a legend in the tk community for her famous tickling scene from that movie. Even talked her into writing a book about it for the tk community (how she got the part and her experience on being tickled in the movie). She was also a famous Hollywood cameo gal and shared many an experience with Elvis - and told me he loved to tickle her. Pretty cool, eh? Anyhow as soon as Gabrielle caught wind of this she went all out trying to get Gloria to be in a new tickle video for PV and Gloria told me it became irritating. So that kind of rubbed me wrong that Gabrielle tried take what I worked hard for and then ruin it by bugging her.

I was able to hack her email account and once in got personal info on her, and once I revealed I knew who she was then she apologized and claimed she was doing a psychological study and then vanished into thin air. Crazy shit...but that is how people were and some still are.

As for Gabrielle being real...yes, 100% - I am one of the few who has seen her...and yes, she was beautiful back in the day. As for what happened to her, some of you probably know more then me on that, but I am not too sure about that she "died?" Where did you get that information solesbane?

If you know Gabrielle’s actual name that kind of info is usually available on Mylife or Been Verified. You should be able to confirm it that way.

Thanks for the info. What a tragedy. Given the trouble with the law that you mentioned earlier I wouldn’t be surprised if Gabrielle’s death was drug related. She obviously had demons and who knows what was going on clinically (bipolarity, borderline personality disorder?) that fueled her online behavior.

My heart goes out to Renee. That’s a lot to deal with, a wound that will never fully heal.

The short clip at the very, very end of whichever title it was that had Gia buried in the sand, tickled by Kamiano. After the hour was up came the previews - which were always tantalizing and downright heart-racing on Paradise Vision videos - but then at the end of this one, there was a short clip of Gia, now free, goofing around on the beach and Gabrielle just laughing hysterically at the sight. They were so obviously sisters in this clip. I could not get her voice or her laughter out of my head even if I wanted to.

I'm really bummed at how things played out long ago, and the mistakes she made.....but I always chalked it up to foolish youth. And she probably figured, this business ain't big enough for more than one company. She may have even been right. She just went about it the wrong way. As I've said, I verbally stuck up for the other companies when she would take the low road with me.

But as a consumer? Without knowing any of that shit? Her videos - not Paradise Vision - but Paradise Vision when she was making the content, are still among the greatest. I don't think I've ever seen any buried-in-the-sand videos better than the Paradise Vision ones. There's the one with the two really cute females, there's the one with Jenny,and there's the one with Gia. I saw a Solefully Yours video that was as good, but that's it. The Gabrielle-shot buried-in-the-sand videos are still the gold standard. (correct me if I'm wrong)

How about the Popeye reenactment? How about every clip with Lily? Or Jade? That cleaning-off-the-body-paint of Jade is one of the hottest clips I've ever seen. When I spoke on the phone with Gabrielle,they had just shot that last Lily scene, "Road Rage", which was inserted near the end of "The Contest" (as if "The Contest" wasn't hot enough already, and was already going to sell tons of copies.......she inserted one of Lily's greatest scenes, right before they announce the winner of "The Contest".....good value for your buck on that one, something you couldn't always say, when videotapes were 50 bucks a pop). Anyways, she said to me: "Wait until you see Lily, she looks hotter than she's ever looked." I said, really? Because she's already really cute. She said that Lily had just come back from Mexico and her skin was just amazing. Sure enough, that's the "Road Rage" scene (which seems to only float around in a clip with unsynched sound).

The "Pit Of Torture" video, incredible. Starr, Glenora AND Lily. Gia tickles Lily amazing in that clip,while Lily wears the hottest Corona belly shirt.

She promoted "I Dream Of Jeanie" as containing the greatest foot tickling scene yet filmed. Ha! It was Viviana,and that scene is STILL one of the hottest of all time, and one of the hottest, earliest Viviana clips.

Oh man, we can go on and on. "Cop Kitchy Coo". Tracy. Another fantastic one. And the videos could be pretty edgy, even now! Who else could have pulled off "Tickled To The Last Lick" or "Pussy Lickers"? Or The Babysitter"? Who else was doing F/M back then? (Gabrielle herself liked F/M and brought it up several times in our conversation, even though I don't think they had even made an F/M video yet). The Nonconsensuals were staged, but my god, that second one is freaking hot. Definitely caused a stir when they were released (and encouraged at least one producer to actually do a non-consensual company which was a little uncomfortable to watch unless you like really pissed off models).

How about the magician box videos? "California Bikini Babes" for the f/f fans. "Ticklish Virgin". "Super Bowl".

A "Tickling Paradise' indeed. "Ultimate Tickling Fantasies" fulfilled. There have been many companies - many GREAT companies, and still are - but there has never been another one like Gabrielle's.

I'm really, really sad to hear the news.

Thanks! Yeah that was my wife and her two sisters and myself. I definitely had a fun time as I got to do what I wanted to do for years before that. Tickle my wife and her sisters in bondage.
