Which nationality of women would be most open to tickling?

French? German? Italian? Spanish? American? Czech? Swedes? British? I’m sure I’ve left some out. I’m guessing Italians and I’m not sure why. Your thoughts?

its impossible to base on on nationality.
 
This is as silly as wondering if race, ethnicity, skin tone, or hair color determind ticklishness.
 
Um Texas. Because it's a large state. And tickling is a large display of affection. And everything's bigger in Texas so you'll totally fit in.
 
I thought the OP was asking a different question. Not which nationality is most ticklish (probably no such thing, of course), but which is most OPEN to tickling. As in culturally accepting. That's actually a great question!

I have little insight into this personally, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's way more acceptable to just walk up and tickle someone (in a brief, friendly way) in some cultures than others. Some folks here probably know...

Precisely what I meant. Also Sammiek, some cultures are more casual about sex than others. Some cultures are more open to other things than other cultures. You’re pretty naive.

Cultures are what make countries unique. Each country has different cultural activities and cultural rituals. Culture includes material goods, the things the people use and produce.

I honestly would have worded this question a bit more articulately. Add some more profoundness to it. I mean you are not COMPLETELY wrong but these questions still are ridiculous to ask. So I agree with Sammiek.
 
I feel there's quite a difference in the way "nationality" and "culture" comes across, let alone their definitions
 
You can't determine which women would be the most open based on nationality alone. It's too broad of a subject.

Texas was an independent nation for almost ten years and I'm sure that some Texans wish it would be again. :p

From my experience, I expected northern or anglo saxon people to be less open to it, but it seems not.

I've not yet met a lot of ticklees from southern Europe tho, YET

I lived in England for around 30 years; a sizable proportion of the women there were blissfully open to experimentation. And KT, though third generation American, is genetically speaking 45% southern European, and very much a fan of it.

It's not nationality, or even culture, since those of the same culture might happily indulge in things they might not share with those outside of it.

IMHO, it definitely depends on the individual.
 
Oh wait. I left out. ....CALIPORNIA. The size it is it's like 3 states.
 
In all seriousness I'm more concerned with geographic locations that lend themselves to healthy lifestyle and ethnic growths of long hair. Ticklishness be damned. I'll work around it.
