The Tinkerer is the perfect sinister in this perfect environment! It so happened that one of my favorite settings for tickling is an asylum-like hospital as this, where they cater all the intense, torturous treatments ever. Bandito's story-telling here is provocatively sadistic as contrasted by the innocent-looking agent Kim. It's reminiscent of the Nail Biter. You know that in such a controlled environment, there is only room for hysterical laughter! The readers only get satisfied. Kudos to Bandito and the cool artist, Bazan! :)
