Remember the nonconsensual Paradise Vision clip..

Defiently staged. Paradise Vision or Tickling Paradise is one of those tickling companies that have a lot faked or exaggerated tickling clips.

I want to believe that. But was she under duress? What if they taped her willingly signing the release? After they let her out and let her calm down and showed her the check if she stiill signs what can a lawyer do?

Let me get this straight; the second one is clearly staged to you. The first one you're not sure about. They both have the same amount of data in regards to the validity of the claim of them being Non-Con though. What it looks like more so in regards to proof is that you're looking for an answer that validates a belief you already have.

There is no chance in hell that the video is legitimate in any way. It's a rape video, one involving holding someone against their will and physically assaulting them, admissible in a court of law. Law enforcement isn't going to just say "hey, guess what, she's an escort and things like this happen"...everyone involved with the video would be prosecuted. There's really no other reality to the situation.

Did that damato guy sell his clips or just had the guys make em for his creepy self?

Don't want to derail this thread, but I believe they may be getting sold now. After Damato died someone else took over plus owns his collection of clips. I think I recall the guy who made the documentary Tickled said they were being sold now. I'd have to hunt down the tweet or article I found this, so no one quote me on it. *Update* I found it.

Yes the 2nd was clearly staged. If both were staged the 2nd one made no sense and had bad acting. While the first one had great acting. If it was indeed staged her acting was fantastic. Im 100 percent sure the 2nd was staged while the first one im 50/50.I made this thread in hopes that someone could confirm the theory that theres an audition video with her and they saw it. Or something speific in the clip that leads to thinking it was fake. She was not raped in the video. Also if she doesnt press charges then how are they gonna be prosucuted? Without her testifying they have plausible deniability that it was staged and her waiver allowing the clip to be sold. That wouldnt even make it to court.

I bought that Video and it was real as can be. There is no way she was acting in the first one. she was really ticklish on her bare feet. And she never showed up in another video. If she was acting she would have showed up again in a video.
Another video that was Made by the same guy who made Bill and L. All so Made a video called Ashley,s Ordeal witch was great as well.

More than a few models have only done one video and never came back. Back in the day, there weren't nearly as many producers. If the model from the PV video had done another for them, everyone would have known it was fake.

Sorry you can not believe it is the real deal. But it was. Some people just can not take the truth.

Wolf beat me too it but he is right, numerous studious had a one time only model. I remember one model from last laugh, who was only in one vid. I think the same is true of tickle abuse. Just because she didn’t know up for another one did not mean she wasn’t an actress.

Also so what if her feet were really ticklish. That didn’t mean the scenario was real. Again, me too movement. Many men and companies have been taken down despite paying off folks. IF the background scenario was in fact real, then by god there would be no doubt this woman would be me tooing all over the place. And if not HER, someone who knew or knows her.

I believe the Paradise Vision producer really did hire a prostitute for the first video, tied her up, abused her on-camera, and then bribed her to sign a release form in which she waived all rights to the video and legal action. I'm really not sure why people find this scenario difficult to understand or hard to find plausible. The people that get #MeToo'ed tend to have money. Or fame. The prostitute and/or the dude could be living in a halfway house or prison for all we know. Or not even doing that well. We're so sure she would have filed a modern lawsuit, after signing such a release form? Not me.

Then I believe the first video was such a hit, Paradise Vision wanted to make a second non-con video, but decided it would be easier to stage a second one with an "actress," assuming no one would be able to tell the difference. But they were wrong. It was so obviously faked, that the vast distinction actually provided credibility for the first one. (In the second one, she acted outraged at being surprised with tickling after being tied up, but then we're supposed to believe that for some reason she willingly puts her bare feet into restraints at the request of the same people she's been screaming at for the last five minutes for tickling her? Right.)

The TickleSlaves series seemed absolutely believable as another sort-of-non-con -- he booked girls for "bondage" videos, had them sign release forms that included the word "tickling" in the fine print to which they agreed, but then once they were tied up, they got surprised that tickling was the focus even though they'd already legally agreed to it. Miranda was the best of those videos by far, because she wasn't traumatized:

I'm pretty sure it's staged. The actress in it looks very similar to one of the 100+ women in those foot tickling audition clips, named "Dena". Some of those women can be seen in other videos, so I guess this particular woman got the part for their "non-con" video.

I don't have any interest in personalizing the argument; so I'll stick to the studio: if it had been real non-con, it would have been completely out of character for PV. More often than not, as lame as the scenarios might have been, everyone in their videos looked and sounded like they were actually having fun. The fake non-con was very likely a request; they were pretty good at taking suggestions, down to specific details. Finally, why would a studio take a chance and commit a crime to sell a few videos, and have that crime on video, when they could just hire someone who could act?

I can't believe it's The Current Year and there are people who are seriously still convinced that local theater-tier acting in that clip was genuine.

The trouble here is folks forget fame any shortness it may be. Tickled the documentary she’d very poor light of the community. The lee had she truly been real situation wise could have and can have the opportunity to strike back based on that, Or if not her a relative. We live in an age of over emotional folks, judges allowing anything, etc.

There was and is too much to lose for that video to have been real. And not flaming but I have a hunch the people defending it the hardest, it’s legitimacy that is, are folks who wish even remotely thst it was real.

Seems like this hot debate will never end lol.

I'm jumping on this thread late but this guy makes great points. If she was a prostitute (which I believe she was) it's not like she's going to go to the cops. I can attest personally that I have tickled women in spas. They are also known as "rub and tugs" but when I got in the room I told the woman I wanted to tickle her feet. She didn't really want to do it but I basically said if I give you the money I'm tickling you. She was reluctant but essentially agreed. I mean, she wasn't going to go to the cops since she was a prostitute so she didn't have much of a choice. I wasn't brutal on her but I got my tickle fix and we both moved on with our lives.

If I had to guess, especially where this clip is from either the late 90s, or like year 2000, it's entirely plausible she was a hooker and the producer said "I paid you, I'm tickling you, and since you're a hooker there really ain't much you can do about it." Nobody...let me repeat this.......NOBODY was worrying or even thinking about getting "me too'd" 20 years ago. We were still using dial up modem and social media didn't exist on the internet.

It was indeed fake. scopab2 provided me the evidence via PM a while back. The clip has been removed from pornhub but I saw it. The girl from the clip was in an audition clip. It was staged. She is a great actress.

Yeah. I think it's fake as fuck. That dude is one of the worst ticklers I've ever seen.

That said, there's one way to solve this once and for all. Who wants to forward a copy of the video to PV's local law enforcement and ask them to investigate? I mean, everyone's still up in arms over the whole Pornhub thing and I'm pretty sure PV is still in business, I'm sure they'd love to #MeToo these people...

Best response. Any that seem to be real Non Con should be sent for scrutiny whenever possible.

There should never be a problem with crimes or criminals of this sort especially facing the consequences.

If it was me or mine I wouldn't wait, but trauma / fear can obviously be crippling to too many. And marketing what appears to be real abuse is obviously never right.

Uhm...Cool story, Bro?

Her bare feet was so ticklish. Tickling them drove her out of her mind lol.

Wasn't a trafficking situation. The woman ran her own parlor. It was her own business. She wasn't forced into anything. I told her I wanted to do tickling so if she was planning to keep my money she was getting tickled. If she gave me the money back, then I go on my way. She said she would keep the money and reluctantly agreed to go along with the tickling. Was her choice because like I said, if she said "take the money back I'm not doing tickling," I would've gone on my way. Also, yes, I'm well aware that many spas involve sex trafficking. That's why I only visit ones that are operated by a self-employed individual so I know it's their choice.
