Chatting on mobile

Has anyone had any problems chatting while on a mobile? I can go into the chat room, see what people say in the main room, and receive and read private messages but it won’t let me reply. I wrote my message, click send, but it never appears in chat.

Anyone had a similar problem? And is there something I’m doing wrong?

Apologies I’ve ignored anyone because of this - it’s not deliberate!

i can;t get chat to load at all just white screen. I am on a laptop and until a few days ago it worked fine. now, i can;t get in on either account

I have had the same issue ever since this new chat room. I can only send messages when I'm in the chat room on my computer.

I also have a similar issue. Such a bummer because I love the new streamlined layout! Perhaps it's just not optimized for iPhone?

From browsing arrowchat tech forum, the software doesn't seem to work with apple products.

Yeah, it's not very pretty for us Apple users. I've done it, but it's a pain.

Cake browser seems to be working a lot better than Firefox or Chrome for mobile. Not perfect but much better.
