Just thought I'd ask, anyone already planning what they wanna do when everyone no longer has to stay inside?
I'd been looking forward to seeing No Time To Die so I was gutted when I found out the release date had been pushed back.
After restaurants in NYC reopen, Goddess Shelly and I will have a meal at the Brooklyn Diner, ending with a huge slice of their fabulous Allen Grubman's Chocolate Blackout Cake (triple-layered valrhona chocolate cake & chocolate ganache frosting).
There's a waitress at a local bar/restaurant I go to regularly. I go (went) once a week for their trivia night and she would usually come over and chat with me, even if she wasn't my server. She's nice, pretty and she laughs at my stupid jokes. I have no idea if she's even remotely interested in me. Apparently when women are, I'm completely oblivious to it. I often don't realize they are because I have a negative perception of myself. Either way, when this is all over, the first thing I'm doing (if the restaurant is still open and she's still working there) is asking her out.
Awesome, hope it'll go well.Either way, when this is all over, the first thing I'm doing (if the restaurant is still open and she's still working there) is asking her out.
I used to live not too far from there, in Hells Kitchen (or Hell's Breakfast Nook, as I now call it, lol)!
Yes, it is on 57th Street, just west of Seventh Avenue.I know that diner! On 57th right? I used to live not too far from there, in Hells Kitchen (or Hell's Breakfast Nook, as I now call it, lol). I used to work near there as well, opposite Columbus Circle. My buddy was a waiter there for years, and I'd go in and get the VIP treatment, heheh..... I should have ordered the cake!
What's a cheeseburger deluxe go for these days, Mils? I'm living in Long Island City now, and a cheeseburger deluxe with a coke at the Greek diners near me can run 15 frickin' bucks!!!! Not including the tip! What the.....?!
Doesn't matter, though: I'm DEFINITELY hitting a diner when this shit is over, I second that emotion. Assuming I don't croak, first!

I am going to go and see my girlfriend Xu and ask her to marry me.
Also, having had to hear about the fact her visiting relative; that discovered she was ticklish has been tickling her, I am going to tickle her silly which she actually enjoys me doing.

Indonesian chinese. People don't tend to use real names in the forum, so I adapted Xu from the game Final Fantasy VIII, I was playing it a lot at the time.
I posted about the above said circumstances here:

Hey thanks! Always nice to hear from other multicultural couples
Man the Chinese in Indonesia have it rough. Huge thoughts for them Will never forget the 1965 Tragedy
I used to play FF8 a lot too, but I don't recall anyone named like that. My last playthrough was in 2006, though, so it's kinda normal I don't remember I will google it.
EDIT: Found her: https://finalfantasy.fandom.com/wiki/Xu I remember her now. She was a very, very minor character giving reports at the helm of the BGU. Thanks for the nice throwback: I was 14 when I first played this game~ Kinda feel like playing it again, now.
Yes me and my Xu have been in love now for 4 years.
Lol don't say that! FF8 seems to have this effect doesn't it. As soon as you hear about, talk about, or see it. You think......Aaah I want to play this again now. That has happened to me plenty of times lol.
Congratulations again!
Hahaha, there's something about those classic games, isn't there?
