The first scene I'm talking about is in Season 07, Episode 18: "The One with Joey's Award". There is a scene where Phoebe goes to talk to Monica at the restaurant where she works. Phoebe starts to talk about how the meeting she had last night had been. Phoebe starts to say that he started to rub his neck and does the same with Monica ...
