The court ruled the Civil Rights Act of 1964 covered such persons (including trans)--all 50 states, no exceptions. In due time, I think the profundity of the ruling will become more clear.
What does it mean for here, at this site? I've personally chatted and spoken to a number of str8-identified men who were too intimidated to make more public their fondness for m/m tickling, in part because of what could happen in the workplace. Hopefully, this ruling will help make it easier for them.
