XD no comment... but prolly spend a good while finding out each tickle spot on them with my nails! Thanks for sharing!
 
Probably a warmup with my wooden spoons, followed by grazing my nails over your soles, and finishing with an intense attack to make sure you scream.
 
Tie them up with your ankles crossed so you can't use one foot to protect the other, and tickle all over them in your cute patterned tights. Pull back your toes to stretch out your soles and scrub them with a hairbrush.
