Why is it over the line?

You know models gotta sign releases for their videos to be published, right? And so the photographer / producer doesn't have any legal liability? I don't even think c4s allows any vids to be posted / accounts to stay up if they don't have the model release disclaimer.

Seems pretty authoritarian to think just because something bothers you it shouldn't be here.
 
The issue was that he goes on pretty extensively that he tricked them into signing off, which isnt some made up fantasy its a recurring problem in the porn industry. Like i have no reason to believe he didnt do that when its very common. I think because its literally one of the main issues with the porn industry it should be Talked about being taken down from the banner links yes

How is that "very common"? What's your source on that?
 
I wouldn't say extensively. He uses the same lines in most of the video descriptions. I haven't heard of this problem in the porn industry considering all the laws involved and how litigous the US is. I would imagine there'd be more legal disputes. Have you seen it elsewhere on this website?

It seems like it's a made up fantasy in this case. Unless everyone believes casting calls happen in some young guy's bedroom?

Fine then let's do it your way..my opinion is i think your jumping to conclusion! Upon your response I went and looked at the link, now I know what the link and descriptions says but without proof we can't say one thing or another. And what if you were wrong? Say we did accuse him and force his vids to be taken down (which by the way we can't do as we are not admin staff) and we were wrong that could be not only the man's live hood but also we could get done for slander and then that wouldn't look to good as a forum either would it.

Clearly your passionate and i get you feel its wrong but there just not enough proof here to accuse a man for doing this. At the end of the day, the man's living is made my people purchasing his videos if you don't want to purchase his videos just don't buy it. I just think in my opinion this is to much of a grey area topic without knowing the facts.

Seen elswehere i dont know if this has ever been an issue amongst tickle fetish sites, i havent been active in this community so i just wouldnt know.

He originally posted i think like three videos on a thread i dont remember rn im looking for it, where he told his little story but now hes posting the new content which does look legitimate. Im not calling out his whole operation despite me not liking it

Thank you for humoring me, now let me clarify again. I am not asking his videos being removed from the forum or clips4sale. My issue is it literally being homepage material for what a month already at least? Thats your representation, i want to know why this isnt bothersome.

I know you don't like it, but I don't see why it has to be removed. You are literally the only one concerned as if you believe these women were actually harmed despite no *real* indication of such. If there was something criminal going on, seems like it would be kind of silly to put the details of the crime in the description of your porn vids that you're selling.

But ultimately, there's nothing wrong or illegal about it. What sucks is this fascist, Tipper Gore type of censoring vibe.

Dude, at least 80% of the video scenarios and 99.9999999% of the story scenarios are basically non-consensual.

The point is there was indication of such, as much as there could be without it just being ridiculous. I cant censor anything so theres nothing political about it. I just wanna know if it represents the people in the forum and it honestly isnt looking like it too much yet aside from your protests to ignore everything which im not saying is an awful approach to this sort of thing, just not mine.

This thread is not "poorly thought out" at all.
