Tropical Storm Watch Issued For New York City

A Tropical Storm watch has been issued for New York City.

The forecast calls for up to 60 mile per hour winds, and several inches of rain, on Tuesday.

very high winds, even though the rain has not been that heavy or extreme.

My power went out for a minute, but I think my building has generators that must have kicked it back on.
